The first line should be indented.
Has a strong topic sentence that have a main idea and specific one.
Includes good supporting details ( evidence ).
Has a strong concluding sentence that restates that restates the main idea. 

As I learned in level 3, a good paragraph needs to include the four things mentioned above which l did not know before entering the course. Of course, the same thing in the current level, but it is more developed. For instance, I learned not to use personal experiences too much in an academic paragraph.             Some people believe that museums should be fully funded by the government, while others argue that these sectors should fund themselves by charging an entrance fee. I will discuss that I partially agree with both of these views. First of all, I think that museums should reduce or even waive the entrance fees for low-income people from all walks of life to visit these valuable places. Therefore, this may develop the unity and the sense of identity. For this, I guess that the museums should allow poorer people entering without charging them. On the other hand, I disagree with the opinion that suggests that museums should be free for everyone. In other words, foreigners who visit these countries should pay. So, this money may be spent in developing the place financially. For instance, I reckon that it should be an employee in the entrance asking about your nationality to determine whether you pay or not. In this way, we will let not only poor people get in, but also raise money to improve this sector. To conclude, I agree that people who suffer from low standard of living should be fully subsidized by the government to enter museums.
