My Sweet Sister!

My sister, Lillie, is one of the most important things to me ever. She pushes me to be a better person and enhances my life so much. People are continuously amazed with how close we are despite our distance. She goes to Auburn University while I'm here at the University of Arkansas. She is without a doubt my best friend and is so encouraging to me. I think that one of the biggest reasons for why we are so close has to do with the fact that we are only fifteen months apart. With us being nearly the same age, we seem to relate on many topics and empathize with each other very much.

My faith is definitely the most influential aspect of my life. My whole being, personality, and the way I carry myself. I am Christian. I love my friends I feel that I owe my friendships to my faith because the basis of our healthy friendships have a lot to do with our caring beliefs. This past spring break I had the opportunity to go serve in Costa Rica. This summer I served for my faith in California, this spring I'll serve in a South American country and this upcoming summer ill serve for my faith in the Middle East. I am so grateful that I'm in a position to serve others and find it very important.

This summer I had the incredible opportunity to work in Northern California at a small summer camp called JH Ranch. This is a camp that I've been going to since 8th grade. Serving here impacted my personal life more than I could truly describe but it showed me the importance of my personal faith and also the importance of my community. I got to be out in California for three whole months which gave me ample time for me to soak in all that the camp had to offer me for the whole summer.
