Ideology: He set many goals so that Russia can be stabilized and Stalin glorifies aims of the state
State Control of Individuals: Stalin also demands loyalty so anyone who disrespected him would be imprisoned or executed. He denied basic liberties as well.
Methods of Enforcement: There was police terror in the streets so the people knew who was in charge. Stalin controlled many subjects such as the citizens religion, what they read or saw (books/newspapers/art), and indoctrination.
Modern Technology:  Stalin used propaganda
State Control of Society:  There was no other religion allowed but to accept and honor Stalin. Farmers had to give up every pound of grain and harvests to him.  Many people had to do labor for him and obey.
Dictatorship and One-Party  Rule:  Stalin has absolute power and he exercises his power in the economy and political state.
Dynamic leader: He unites the people by making them be in the same religion and work for him. For support he uses force and will to get what he wants and needs.

Many peasants whose families had worked their land for centuries resisted and were forced to give up their farms and move to huge collective farms. Joseph started producing more food to feed the working industry. The Message: 
we think the message to this picture is that Stalin is trying to show people that he his a good guy by being with kids and accepting the flowers that the little kids are giving him and that you can trust Stalin around your kids or just kids in general. Stalin wants people to look at him like a dad or parent figure.
