Letting people freely play on the turf, blacktops, and fields will give a lot of flexibility to everyone (including us because we won’t have to plan). 

If the gyms are open, we could allocate some basketballs/other equipment for people to do the same.

In 8th Grade FCS, we go outside on a moderately-sized hike. Maybe scattering teachers and staff along the route to supervise as needed, while students pick up trash outside with friends would be a good idea? This gives students something to look forward to, and whoever collects the most trash in say, a small bag would win a prize (similar to the Patton gift baskets last year) as well as offering a small reward for the runner(s) up. These prizes would be kept eco-friendly, and throughout the week we could push the overall idea of giving back to our planet through HawkTV and Social Media. 

The trail is completely safe, and we CAN have all grades out at once if we use the full extent of the outdoor space around the school. With this, concerns of COVID transmission and Social Distancing can be achieved if necessary 

Students would be able to walk/talk with friends and contribute to a good cause.
