Having a bathing suit made out of synthetic shark skin would make swimmers exceed their normal times. This would change the game in the Olympics and other competitions. Synthetic shark skin can also be used on submarines to help them go faster under the water away from enemies or to get to something quicker.  Synthetic shark skin has been proven to not grow barnacles on ships, which is something the Navy spend a lot of money to prevent. Making shark skin would also keep sharks from going extinct, because people will not be killing sharks to get their skin.

It will be made out of silicone fibers to give it the smooth feeling. The fabric will have small teeth like scales that are connected, the scales will be so small it will be hard to see with just your eye.
