         <description><![CDATA[<div>I wasn't aware that our body produced two pints of sweat a day. If you are dehydrated it can lead to hallucination. We have a million sweat glands on our body. Everyone is told to drink plenty of water daily, so it's important that we listen. Every second of the day our nerves carry sensations to our brains.&nbsp;Our bodies fight to keep us healthy and it knows how to tell us what it needs. </div>]]></description>
