They have low interest rates and don't require a credit check or collateral (Barr). These types of loans are from the government and the government gives money on a need basis. I come from a middle class family so I wouldn't qualify for most of their loans.</div>]]></description>

Graduate students can also take out similar loans called grad PLUS (Barr). My parents have been amazing at taking care of the money details of college. They already have money saved up for me but if I was to run out during medical school, the I could then take out a loan.</div>]]></description>
