         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that Booker T. Washington's philosophy  would have been the most effective because he encouraged African Americans to improve their education as well as their economic well-being, where as W.E.B DuBois believed that African Americans should protest and demand equal rights. I just think that Booker T. Washington's was better because it was proving that African Americans could last. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
