         <description><![CDATA[<div>Priscilla Everette Oates is an experienced Tarboro, North Carolina, ministry leader who oversees the Positive Generation in Christ (PGIC) Altar Center with her husband and delivers the full range of mental health services as head of PGIC, Inc. Priscilla Everette Oates also delivers clinical solutions that help those with developmental disabilities as she strives to ensure an unbroken continuum of care. Ms. Oates and her colleagues coordinate leisure and recreational activities and emphasize the importance of clients developing robust skills for daily living. She also serves as founder and alternative family living provider with D·POM, LLC, in Princeville. The youngest of 13 children, Ms. Oates was raised in the Tarboro area and earned an accounting degree at the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She subsequently performed graduate studies in public relations at East Carolina University. She founded the Positive Generation in Christ (PGIC) Altar Center together with her husband as a way of emphasizing the power of Christ by “prevailing in prayers and praises.”<br><br></div>]]></description>
