- Heath care was more accessible for the Mother with advanced technology. This gave her access to postnatal care and check-ups while she was pregnant. Immunisations were available for the baby to prevent illness/disease compared to when the Grandmother/Great-Grandmother were pregnant.
Australia's life expectancy will rise as healthcare will become more accessible to everyone. Advances in technology will occur which can create more opportunities to cure and prevent illness/disease. 
The Australian government is focusing on the importance of the environment which will help with improving Australia's life expectancy by prioritising a sustainable future for the country.
