         <title>Quiet In the Classroom:</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Strike Early - Plan out what you are going to say during class discussions, then participate before the discussion turns to a new topic. <br>- Identify your best entry      point -  Develop a strategy for contributing to the discussion in a way that feels natural to you. <br>- Use notes - Jot down some ideas on a piece of paper for you to refer to.<br>- Follow Up - If you weren't able to contribute, e-mail your teacher after class so they know you were paying attention during the discussion.<br>- Observe your           classmates - See that if your classmate participates with incorrect answers, it's ok.  They will just move onto the next persons, without issue.  <br>- Motivate - Think about a topic that is important to you.  The more you care about a topic, the more you'll speak up about it.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Group Projects, The Introverted Way:</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Quiet, not silent -&nbsp;Share your thoughts in a way that is comfortable to you.&nbsp; This could be through e-mail or one-to-one communication.<br>- The right role -&nbsp;Put time into finding the role that best fits your personality.<br>- New partners -&nbsp;Test out different partnerships to find people who you work well with.<br>- Advocate for quiet -&nbsp;Before a group discussion, suggest that everyone take a few minutes to think on their own about the topic.<br>- Find communities outside of school -&nbsp;Become involved in extracurricular activities in order to get more opportunities to work with others. <br>- Try "brainwriting" -&nbsp;This technique allows for group members to voice their ideas on paper before discussing the topic together as a group.<br>- How to avoid being interrupted -&nbsp;use techniques such as raising your voice a little and holding your hand with your palm facing out, to indicate that you weren't finished talking.&nbsp; <br>- Speak up early -&nbsp;Try to speak earlier in a group discussion to allow yourself to feel more comfortable and improve your confidence.&nbsp; <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Play to your strengths - Focus on why you want to lead and let that shine through.&nbsp;<br>- Follow your passion - Tap into your passion for leading and let others see how much you care.<br>- Connect and listen - Show people how you care about what they're thinking and feeling.&nbsp; This will encourage people to follow you as their leader.&nbsp;<br>- Empower others - Being a generous leader, you'll make sure that others have a sense of purpose, by giving them key roles and by soliciting their opinions as you see necessary.<br>- Don't be afraid to deserve&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; it -&nbsp;Just because you're quiet doesn't mean that you're not strong and that people won't follow you. <br>- Find a role model -&nbsp;Find someone who is a strong leader and how has a temperament similar to yours. <br>- Lead by example -&nbsp;Show others that you're dedicated and diligent.&nbsp; <br><br></div>]]></description>
