Instead of driving down to salt lake city to do my old neighborhood like the last assignment I decided to do my new neighborhood that I just moved into last week. Park City has many assets thats why it is the most expensive city to live in, in the whole state of Utah! The Crest View apartments are right behind the park city outlet mall right off Kimball Junction. I moved up to Park City because I work up here full time with Promontory Golf Club.

My Church

Here in Park City I would say one of the biggest assets are the amount of churches here for each and every religion. There are two beautiful catholic churches in park city alone, the picture above is St. Mary's which is my church. This church is an asset to park city because its beauty and size brings in many from around the city who are catholic. Having multiple location options for churches in park city is very important to local residents as traffic here in the winter has the nickname of "the red snake" and can take hours to go a mile.

Sundance

The festival of Sundance that happens here in Park City is one of the largest money makers for the city. Sundance brings in thousands of people who are here to see the films and art displayed all around town and even in Salt Lake City now. People from around the world come to see Sundance in Park City, including many celebrities. This year, we had Pink, Farrell Williams, and Shawn White come visit for the festival. There is a lot of history for the cultures of music and art here in park city which is one of the cities biggest assets as it hosts one of the largest film festivals every year.

Real Estate

Real Estate in Park City is a ginormous pool of money. The homes in Old Town, one of the communities here have lots going for as much as 15 million. Now, in the private communities like Promontory our real estate is out of this world. There is a private section in the private community of Promontory called The Pinnacle. This is the top of the top for Park City residents. There are homes with 30-60 car garages for 30 plus million. This asset is so important to Park City because it keeps the equity rising in the town and its properties.
