         <description><![CDATA[<div>Erin and I met with 3 students to use the technique of student voice to plan a unit of work for Trade Day.  I explained the AO's , LO's to the students and our plan for them to be involved in the planning of this unit.  We allowed them to work alone for some time while I looked at the 4 quadrants  and linking to the 6 C's.  Erin worked with the students while I completed the above.  Our input was minimal and the students took ownership.  Our plan now is for them to be involved again and make decisions about the % of money given to a charity and % for them.</div>]]></description>
