If at any time the president is unable to do his job, the Vice President may step in to help and be the president. Occasionally it happens because the President is sick.

If there is an empty space for Vice President, then the President chooses who he wants based on the majority vote of the two houses of Congress.

The main idea of this amendment is that if at anyone time there is a crisis and the president is unavailable or not doing his job right, then the Vice President can jump in and avert the crisis.

Section 2: Congress meets once a year on the 3rd of january.

section 3: If anything happens to the president, the vice president will take over. If the president hasn't started his term and something happens to him, the vice will take over and act as president until one comes. If the president and the vice president doesn't qualify, the congress can take over and pick who is worthy of being president.

Section 4: If anything happens to the vice president and the president like death or impeachment, the house of rep. And the senate may pick who comes next. 

Section 5: Section 1 and 2 are active on the 15th of October after the ratification of the article.

Speakeasies and bootlegging were a massive problem during that time  because the liquor that was provided became more dangerous due to the insufficient supplies and inexperienced manufacturers.

Section 1: The repealment of the 18th Amendment

Section 2: Due to the violation of the law, the importation of intoxicating liquors is prohibited in the United States.

Section 3: This article will be inoperative as an amendment in the Constitution,  unless it is approved by several states within seven years from its submission.
