INFORMATION: The officer pulled over Johnny guitar after witnessing him try to turn left but then just pulled off onto the side of a road. He asked the man for proof of insurance or a license and the man claimed he was test driving the motorcycle.Johnny guitar was driving on a motorcycle with no license and no insurance. The officer believed that Johnny guitar was fibbing about the test drive because of the guitar case on his back.

INTERVIEW: The officer asked to search the guitar case and Johnny guitar said you're not going to find "paraphernalia" and upon search the officer found random needles.

DISPOSITION: The officer wrote citations for no license or insurance and told Johnny guitar he couldn't drive home and had to call someone. If Johnny guitar didn't call someone then he would be taken to jail
