         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Google forms</strong> are a useful tools for doing surveys and questionnaires, you could create a google form and post it online for others to complete to gather data.<br><br>How to create and use it：<br><a href="https://youtu.be/LxlfPLPI0wM">https://youtu.be/LxlfPLPI0wM</a><br><br>Pros of using google form：</div><ul><li>It is a free online tool, that allows you to collect information easily and efficiently.</li><li>It doesn’t require anything than a device and a account to create a sevrey.&nbsp;</li><li>The interface is very easy to use. Any user with an average Internet knowledge can create forms using this tool.</li><li>The assistant is simple to use. The What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get interface makes it easy to drag and drop form elements and organize them based on actions or events.</li><li>At the design level it is possible to choose between a palette of colors, as well as own images as a background.</li></ul><div>It stores the feedback received so the user can analyze it in detail.</div><ul><li>The forms are integrated with Google spreadsheets therefore the user can access to a spreadsheet view of the collected data.</li><li>The general configuration of forms or surveys allows user to collect the recipient’s email address and limit the answers.</li><li>&nbsp;For advanced users, the type of data that can be inserted into a field can be customized using regular expressions. This helps customize the form even more.</li><li>It allows user to see how the survey will look before sending it over to the recipients.</li><li>We can send the form by email, integrate it into our website or send the link via social networks or any other means.</li><li>With this tool, you can get unlimited questions and answers at no cost, while other survey tools require a payment depending on the number of questions and recipients.</li></ul><div><br>Disadvantage of using google form：</div><ul><li>Limited design customization. Advanced users can change the design to use the tool with a greater number of purposes.</li><li>There are some security concerns. The user has to create a good password and protects it to increase the level of security.</li><li>There are certain limitations regarding the capabilities of this tool. It accepts texts up to 500 Kb; images up to 2 Mb; and for spreadsheets the limit is 256 cells or 40 sheets.</li></ul><div><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Use personal insights to make better, data-driven decisions.<br><br>6. Provides native iOS/Android mobile app for checking in on responses from the palm of your hand.<br><br>7. Offers a handful of collaborative features that allows survey creators to build and edit surveys together in half the time.<br><br>8. Offers a wide range of survey templates, SurveyMonkey also provides sample questions, depending on the type of survey you want to conduct.<br><br><br>Cons:<br>1. The free version only allows users to ask ten survey questions with 100 results.&nbsp;<br><br>2. If a user wants to ask more questions and receive more results, they would have to purchase a new plan starting at $26 a month.<br><br>&nbsp;3. A limited selection is offered when it comes to survey customisation. There are only 12 design themes that users can choose from.&nbsp;<br><br>4. Companies or people can set up various polls, surveys, or just straight up ask their audience about something specific, for example: what do they think about their product or service.<br><br>Pros:&nbsp;<br>1. Fast and efficient way to get the required data<br>2. The data can be more reliable since everyone participation will be sincere because they chose to participate themselves<br>3. Only people who are truly interested will participate in your surveys (subscribers, followers)&nbsp;<br><br>Cons:&nbsp;<br>1. If it isn't a poll it will be really difficult to calculate the votes since the person will have to go through thousands of comments.<br>2. This system can be abused by creation of fake accounts and as a result falsifying the data.</div>]]></description>

From the user perspective, Zoom streamlines video conferencing, offering an easy-to-use platform for both audio and video conferencing.
