It study the core principles of this approach by exploring many learning theories and modern insights into the dynamics of learning, teaching, and education.

Current module focused on student-centered learning and student-centered teaching. The former encompasses all the techniques, methods, and strategies that students utilize in their learning journey. Student-centered learning is also known as autonomous learning, independent learning, self-regulated learning, self-study.

at the beginning of the module, pedagogy has been defined as the method and practice of teaching, especially as an academic subject or theoretical concept, and asking why you want to be a teacher? what is your purpose of being a teacher?

Pedagogy is defined as the art, science and profession of teaching; then the process of teaching has been discussed..

according to what is discussed in class; Teaching is the process of imparting knowledge, skills, and values to others. It involves the deliberate sharing of information, guidance, and experiences to facilitate learning and promote intellectual, personal, and professional growth. Teaching can occur in various settings, such as classrooms, workshops, online platforms, and informal environments. Effective teaching often involves the use of instructional methods, strategies, and resources to the needs of learners, with the aim of understanding, critical thinking, and practical application of the subject inside the class..

Principles of Student-centered learning has been shared;
Student-centered learning contains a dynamic approach to core principles education. Building trust is foundational, creating an environment where students feel respected and supported. Transforming classrooms into communities creates experiences of collaboration and shared learning. The integration of technology helps provide interactive resources and tools, improving the learning journey. Promotes analytical skills and diversity of perspectives while encouraging open discussion and critical thinking. Ultimately, these principles empower students to take ownership of their education, encouraging deep understanding, active engagement, and lifelong learning.

Students have different experiences and background knowledge, influencing their prior learning, which shapes their approach to education, so the teacher has to consider it.

Distinguishing Student-Centered and Teacher-Centered Approaches; Learner Engagement: Prioritizes active participation, fostering curiosity and ownership of learning. Adaptability: Tailors instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual progress. Problem-Solving: Encourages critical thinking through open-ended questions and real-world scenarios. Collaboration: Promotes peer interaction and group activities to share perspectives and ideas.


Second session on this module focused on psychology of leaning and starts with multiple intelligence..
Multiple Intelligence Theory posits that intelligence is not singular but comprises distinct dimensions like linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic. Each person possesses a unique blend of these intelligences, influencing how they learn, solve problems, and engage with the world, advocating for a diverse and personalized approach to education and cognitive development.

Learning styles have been discussed and an activity performed in the class related to this, w came to know that; these styles encompass various modalities such as visual, auditory, and kinesthetic, as well as combinations thereof. Tailoring teaching methods to match students' learning styles can enhance comprehension, engagement, and overall educational success.

Then two tasks given to participants, out 1st task was to make a presentation on Intrinsic motivation, and we showed that; Intrinsic motivation in students refers to their internal drive and genuine interest in learning, rather than being solely motivated by external rewards or pressures. When intrinsically motivated, students engage in activities for the inherent satisfaction they derive from the process itself. This type of motivation leads to deeper understanding, higher levels of creativity, and a long-lasting enthusiasm for learning.

the 2nd task of our group is to make a presentation on cognitive theory by piaget, as we showed that Piaget's cognitive theory posits that children undergo distinct stages of intellectual development as they interact with their environment. These stages—sensorimotor, preoperational, concrete operational, and formal operational—reflect shifts in thinking from sensorial exploration to abstract reasoning. Piaget's theory emphasizes the role of active exploration, assimilation, and accommodation in shaping cognitive growth.

Finally, I would like to express my perspective on the current module and the overall pedagogy training course through a few key points outlined below:

1. Current module was differed from others in teaching style by giving more time to participants to share their thoughts and the way of communication with participants.
2. On the other hand, spending of that much of time to making 4 presentations (according to me) is opposite to principles of student center learning because this approach, where one person predominantly lectures while others serve as passive listeners, lacks active participation until a brief interaction at the end of the presentation (1-2 minute). Also, this method of learning (presentation) is dealing with knowledge rather than improving skills.
3. As I discussed with (Mr. Stam and Mr. Miran) previously, till now (after 4 modules) I think this pedagogy course is same as previous version of teaching methods training course except giving more time (not always necessary) to participant to talk and make boring presentations many times just to be a good speaker! 
4. Applied science specialties not always required to be a good speaker, I offered to lecturers many times to practice concept of student center leaning and Innovative pedagogical methods on applied science fields, unfortunately there was no response! That according to me; this course is fits to humanities and social sciences.
5.Spending 50% of the time of second session of this module just on discussions about learning theories!

My intention in presenting these observations is to enhance the course's applicability to applied science disciplines and achieve broader objectives beyond nurturing proficient speakers.

Beside this, many thanks for your great efforts, Undoubtedly, I've gained valuable experience from your teaching methodologies, especially in navigating diverse levels of knowledge and participant behaviors.
