         <description><![CDATA[<div>- It's best to show students that, despite maybe not achieving the best result on a test or a piece of work, to assure them that there is always a positive side to it. This will allow them to be able to trust you, as their teacher, and to feel comfortable at school.<br><br>- School should be a safe space away from home for students.&nbsp;<br><br>- If you make things positive for students, they will feel as if they can achieve anything, whereas fail grades will make them feel like they can no longer keep going, they become stressed and this is why so many students drop out of school. They feel overwhelmed and stop trying.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Raising the self esteem of a young person.<br>-Valuing relationships with young people.<br>-Young people are un able to learn from and relate to people they don't like.<br>-No matter what industry you are in you can always build strong, meaningful, positive relationships with young people.<br>-Making young people feel like they are somebody (like they are worthy and respected).<br>-Having a positive impact on young people no matter what test results they receive (putting a smiley face on a students work next to their F grade because they got 2 questions right, focusing on the positives.<br>-Being inspirational - making a difference in young peoples lives.<br>-Teaching and learning should bring joy.<br>-Value the importance of human connection.<br>- Important to champion every child whether a parent, educator or mentor etc.&nbsp;<br>-This job is tough but it is not impossible&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
