In this situation, the problem is about the people with authority/power. Personally, I experienced this situation when my father payed 2500 pesos to a corrupt traffic officer also what happened in December when a policeman killed 2 people. The lesson is some are bad but most are still good officers that we should still follow and "OBEY" for the good of our society. I can tell the same statement to my peers and they can share it to others to spread this message.
