I am interested in discussing how to be impactful when largely constrained lack of time (i.e., being part of the 'specials rotation', 40 classes per week and duty). I feel that student engagement suffers because there is so little time for all of the fun and exciting things we should be doing during library time. Would love to hear from you and other elementary librarians on this.
