For example:</div><div>Arrangements recruiting new staff.</div><div>Terms and conditions of employment such as pay and benefits.</div><div>Promotion, training opportunities.</div><div>Work placement opportunities.</div><div>Disciplinary procedures</div><div>Dismissal or redundancy</div><div>Occupational pensions</div><div>The way work is arranged and performed </div><div>Performance management and attendance procedures</div><div><br>Another important protection is that the law outlaws disability-related bullying or harassment against people with disabilities in the workplace. this can include behaviour such as name calling, making fun of disabilities etc.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

When the policy has been written the most senior person in the company needs to sign and date it. <br>The Health and Safety Policy is the second step in a business' management of health and safety on from the health and safety statement/statement of intent.<br>The Health and Safety Policy is one of the most important documents you will have, as it sets out what your company will do to ensure the safety of those who work for you and who may be affected by your work activities.<br>A Health and Safety policy is a written statement by an employer stating the company's commitment for the protection of the health and social of employees and to the public. it is an endorsed commitment by management to its employees regarding their health and safety<br><br>    </div>]]></description>
