This video presentation stood out in its organization. Throughout the presentation I was able to easily follow the speaker and understand the message they were trying to deliver. The speaker was able to use Sway in order to maintain a clear message at every point of their presentation. I enjoyed listening about the speakers experience with education. It seemed like the speaker had many opportunities for them to explore their creativity. I also enjoyed hearing about how they have already been applying creativity in their life. The personal insights offered during the presentation grabbed the audiences attention.

The speaker should work on developing their ideas and maybe explaining some main ideas more in depth. The speaker had some minutes left in their presentation which they could have used more wisely. For example, a presentation should always have a wrap up at the end. The speaker demonstrated a strong understanding of the course text. They thoroughly explained the main ideas in each chapter of the book and directly cited pages from the book for their evidence. I enjoyed how the speaker used their presentation to organize the main ideas of chapter. The presentation was easy to follow and it was attractive for the audience as there were many images that were related to what was being discussed. Additionally, I enjoyed how the speaker shared their personal experience of education from another country as compared to the U.S. It was interesting to hear the speaker talk about creativity and learning and how they are the type of student to follow rules and guideline. However, they also share that they understand the important of growth and development as a student.

I enjoyed how many compelling arguments were made throughout the presentation. However, I believe it is important to focus on the most important ideas and not try to fit everything in a presentation. The speaker focused on speaking about personal experiences were they were able to use critical thinking skills. I enjoyed listening the story of how they offered a creative insight to their manager at work and he was able to transform the work flow at their workplace. Additionally, the speaker spoke about how they have helped family friends by offering different insight about different situations. The speaker also used their survey results to support their arguments and this added credibility to what they were saying. The speaker wrapped up their ideas at the end of the presentation which is beneficial because it allows the audience to remember all the ideas that were discussed.

I appreciated the speakers use of Sway as their visual medium, however, I would recommend decreasing the amount of text in each slide. This will allow the audience to focus on the important ideas and on what the speaker has to say. I enjoyed the different presentation styling effects used during the presentation. These styling effects made the presentation easy to follow and it caught the audiences attention. Additionally, the use of pictures and when they were displayed during the presentation made sure that the audiences was listening to what the speaker was saying. I was interested to read the answers that were collected from the survey and how every students has different definitions of what innovation is. I appreciated how you used the end of your presentation to wrap up your ideas and even included a quote from the author of the text. This quote is thought provoking and it leaves the audience thinking.

Although I enjoyed your use of the styling effects I feel that your presentation would have been improved if there was a consistent use of styling.
