Unhealthy eating habits

In the world the bigger problems on the healthy is wrong healthy habits, doesn´t do deport, doesn´t eat balance food or not eat at the hours you should do it. Affecting your lifestyle and your future health .

According to Word Health Organization in 2016, 1,9 billion adults were overweight, that represent 39% of the people and 650 million were obese (almost 13% of the people) I consider that those problems exist because the people not was careful, and only eat crappy food without measuring. The companies like KFC, Bembos, Burger King, etc. prepper every fried: the chicken, potatoes, hamburgers, onions, which provoke a lot of heart diseases.

Also, that style of life without exercise is more dangerous to our life, because to our body many calories enter but those continuing there becoming fat.

In the same way, other problem is not eat on our corresponding times, provoking gastritis because the stomach prepare to eat something but if don´t became, the gastric acids affect the stomach.

Reference:

World Healthy Organization (2017) Obesity and overweight.

Healthy Lifestyle Mood

Cartoons to reflect

In today's class I learned, by visualizing two cartoons, how based on our crappy way of eating and choosing our food we can harm our health.
That is why from now on I will improve my diet to avoid risks to my health.

Answering TOK question
Thanks to the TOK question that I answered in class, I realized that we can opt for new eating habits which have been established since our childhood often carry into adulthood.
So teaching children how to eat healthy at a young age will help them stay healthy throughout their life.

Alarming figures.
For children and adolescents aged 2
- 19

The prevalence of obesity was 18.5% and affected about 13.7 million children and adolescents.

Moreover,

Hispanics (25.8%) and non-Hispanic blacks (22.0%) had higher obesity prevalence than non-Hispanic whites (14.1%).

For to conclude, these figures are not only given in North America, but also around our country. So, the way we neglect our health is worrisome. In that sense, it is necessary to consider the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and living in a happy mood.

Reference
This information is taken from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention -CDC.
