My students and I would have casual conversations about the weather, the menu at the canteen, and other casual topics. It allows them to express themselves in a relaxed atmosphere. I usually do minimal correction of their grammar and pronunciation. It allows them to de-stress and practice communication skills

AI is a like a two edge sword. If use positively, it provides us with fast paced answer, endless posibilities to solutions with the search engine. However, it can also do harm when students over rely on AI and they are no longer thinking independently. AI can also produser bias data depending on the algorithms. I guess teachers need to lay monitor strictly when allowing AI in classroom task

Different festival celebrations, the practice/traditions etc. With higher proficiency level students, I will include some additional task (e.g., HOTS questions)

Not only the conversations are simple and easy to use, it also promotes better manners and disciplin in the process. For example, how to politely ask to go to the toilet, how to order food at the canteen politely, how to interact with friends in different situations and when interacting with teachers even out of the classroom
