This where it all started when August Pullman came to a middle school with Julian. But Julian was terrified and despised Auggie. So after a while Julian got sick of him so he started sending mean letters to Auggie, but a teacher found his letters and sent it to the principal Mr. Tushman. Julian and his parents had a long talk in the end his mom wanted him to go to another school. They went to Paris to meet his grandma. So he tells his grandma about Auggie and his grandma remembers someone just like him during World War II, So his grandma tells him the story and he feels touched and has regret of making fun of August Pullman.

It all started when Christopher first met August Pullman when he was just two days old and Christopher just came back from the hospital so did August but he was three months old. August had to take the surgeries which helped him breathe and swallow food. Christopher and his mom went to meet August and his mom. Also for this special condition they toasted in a happy cheer. August's mom and Christopher's mom were friends before they were born because both mothers met at the grocery store and were in a club. Also he was playing the accordion and he had a dog with him and every time someone donates he says 'God Bless!"  After a year Charlotte had to go to another school which he could not meet that old man.
One day she decided after school she would go meet that man. But once she came she was shocked to see that the man was gone! Charlotte decides to open a coat drive because of the old man inspired her to help the people in need. Her coat drive was successful and she saved many lives. After a few months passed by then she had to go to school. She had 1 friend for the first few days but instead the friend ditched her and went to go to more popular girls. Later on Charlotte is in dance with Summer and one of the popular girls named Ximena. So his mother decides that he should know that Daisy August's dog died. So they both came down stairs to see the comotion of what's going on and then they saw a dog! It was a yellow fluffy dog. August's dad said that she was with a homeless man and the man was selling her for 10$. So he could not reject this offer or else she would have been living a terrible life. But while she was trying to drive home she came into a car accident and she got injured really bad. So his dad had to pick him up after school and tell him the whole story of what happened to his mom. So they hurried to the hospital to meet up with his mom. He asks if August could help him with his math homework and August replies with a firm yes.
