         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Reflection: </strong>I am good at physical exercise because I exercise 3 times a week. My main meal eating is good because I try to eat all 5 food groups but I could improve when I eat snacks by making sure they are healthy.<br><strong><br>Goal: </strong>My goal is to exercise 4 times a week for 45 min. and after each exercise eat one serving of fruit or vegetables for a time period of 60 days.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Reflection: </strong> I do well at trying to help people and not harm others. My interpersonal relationships are good because I look out for my friends and family. I can improve my interpersonal relationships with myself by having more self reflect and putting my priorities first.<br><br><strong>Goal: </strong>My goal is to self reflection my day for 5 min. every day. Also attend at least 3 social activities outside of school during the week.</div>]]></description>
