Melpomini Dina is a Greek woman who, in her teens, took in and hid the Mordechai family in her one room apartment in 1943 during the Nazi deportation of the Jews from Greece. Melpomini and her two older sisters hid the 6 person Mordechai family in their apartment for over a year, risking everybody’s lives to save the family from being deported.
