3 - still feel like I wouldnt know how to teach things that I've never done or seen e.g. fire, building. Would be helpful to observe someone else's lesson

Pretty confident with most aspects. Will need to use the different sections of the progression to build confidence across the sections.

I don’t feel confident teaching this. I think we need A LOT more training for this to be effectively taught. I don’t think forest school skills should be taught without sufficient training for staff.

Progressions are very helpful . Like that I’ve got a paper copy now. Feeling more confident in a lot of areas, apart from fire skills.

1 still feel a bit apprehensive about teaching but I’m sure it’ll feel better once we get going with it. Just behaviour is a concern with current class, but happy to go for it and try.

Thanks to you guys, I do know where to access the progression now.
Further training would be useful on some of the more risky things like fires as I never managed to have a fire training session with Charlotte before she moved.
