In questions 2 and 4 of the evaluation, we used the website Popplet, which allows you to produce a digital mind map. We thought that this would be an organised way of presenting our information for question 4 as immediately you can see the different types of media technologies used in the research stage by looking at the images - it helped to separate each media technology and allowed us to talk about each one separately whilst keeping them all on the same page. As for question 2, it allowed us to use colour to separate our different analysis' for the different combination of products, such as the short film and poster and the short film and radio trailer - we were able to analyse the effectiveness of each combination thoroughly with a lot of detail in an organised mind map form. This website is quite flexible as you can add text as well as images and you could insert a YouTube video if you wished to do so. We decided to use this website for the research part of Question 4 because it allowed us to show all the media technologies used in the research stage in a creative yet organised way; since there weren't many media technologies used in this stage compared to production or planning, we thought this mind map layout was appropriate as we were able to fit them all on to a digital mind map whilst being able to talk about each one individually. We presented this mind map as an image on our blog and also provided a link to it in case the text was too small to read on the blog.

Prezi was used for Question 4 in the evaluation. Prezi is an online presentation website, which allows you to produce interactive presentations that are similar to ones produced in Microsoft Powerpoint except it is more professional looking and easy to present on a website due to the ability to embed the Prezi in to your website/blog directly or providing a link to it, as it can be accessed online on their website. Prezi was an effective media technology for us to present our evaluation as it allowed us to produce a presentation that the user could navigate around easily as they were able to move around freely to whichever slide they wanted to view as Prezi's aren't restricted to moving forwards and backwards and it also had the option of letting us present it, by enabling us to put it in full screen and present it in front of an audience; however, we stuck to presenting it online through the website. As well as this, Prezi allowed us to insert images, videos and audio clips in to the presentation, which was especially helpful in the planning stage as we had to present a range of images (such as the Wix image galleries, Messenger group chats, etc.), videos on YouTube (group script reading, audition clips) and audio files (e.g. sound effects, voice over recordings). All of these technologies within the Prezi website allowed us to produce creative presentations with a range of media technologies to make the presentation more interactive and interesting. It also made our presentations look more appealing and produce a horror-like appearance through the use of different themes - the first Prezi has a theme named Midnight, which we thought was relevant to our film and the second Prezi had a cabin theme, which had an abandoned creepy feel to it.

A video was used for Question 3 of the evaluation, as well as in some parts of questions 2 and 4. Video was an effective media technology to present our evaluations as it allowed us to incorporate visual elements in to it (such as video clips and images) as well as sound clips. The video was especially useful for Question 3 as we were able to incorporate images of our audience feedback from SurveyMonkey and respond to them using specific clips from our film in order to show what we changed due to the audience feedback. We also included text in our video, so we could explain what we learnt from our audience feedback in more detail. Overall, it was an effective media technology to present this evaluation question on. YouTube videos were used in Question 4 to help illustrate the media technologies used in the evaluation; the YouTube videos from the blog were taken into Prezi to evidence our use of the media technology. We used a series of YouTube videos in this evaluation question including: the script reading, audition, short film and radio trailer videos to portray our use of YouTube and a filming camera, the poster production process to illustrate our use of a software named Camtasia, a YouTube tutorial on how to produce a glitch effect on Photoshop and a video of the group member using different software to produce the main and ancillary products. In Question 2, it was used to show a recording of us as a group discussing our choices and thoughts about the effectiveness of all our products and whether we think they work together.
