I think ANCOC camp was hard. Especially the AOP planning and Execution Programme where so much stress was involved. Despite all the difficulties, the experiences that I have went through taught me new skills. Not useless skills but very useful skills. In the end, I felt for the past 3 days, I have changed into someone who 'dare to lead'. I'm happy with how I currently am.
