1. I would give Hugo 5 stars because I like how it combined fiction and nonfiction.

2. I am very interested in learning about the history of movies now. I wonder how long movies were back then?

3. I think Brian Selznick did an awesome job with the illustrations of this book. My only complaint is there are not more.

1. I would give Hugo 5 stars because I like how the story was based on a real story but some of it was fictional.
2. I want to learn about the train crashing through the train station walls and onto the ground. 3.I think Brian Selznick earned the Caldecott award . I think Brian Selznick should of made the words smaller so there could have been more pictures.

1.i would give Hugo 5 stars because the illustrations are pencil and for a book that takes place at a time where stuff like films are black and white, that is one awesome advantage.

2.i am very interested also in the history of cinema they well really not that long.

3.Brian Selznick really deserved that medal. two long hard years to accomplish.

3.yes. because the illusprate is so good that it can't be colored with the tools we use for coloring.

1i would give hugo 5 star's because brian selznick does a lot of writing and because i like the picture's in the book.

i would give hugo 5 stars i would give it like 100 but i cant its now one of my favriot books .i cant wait to finish the marvels i understand why he one award the pics were amazing
