HISTORY

Hanoi was once the capital of Vietnam since 1945 after we got independence from France. After the suffocates from the Vietnam War against the USA, we became a developing country. The costs were deadly and if China, the USSR or Soviet Union did not support us along the way. Independence is nowhere to be seen.

GEOGRAPHY
Vietnam is mostly made up of mountains, fully from the north and west. The majority of our population lives aside the coast and beside rivers. Our largest delta, and also one of the largest int the world, is the Mekong River delta.

CULTURE
Most of our people are from an ethic called "Kinh" who likes to wear 2 flap dresses as a traditional clothing. However, apart from all the technological and normal culture, there are some other ethics that can be found in the far north, far south and the middle of our country. Our national animal is the Water Buffalo, mostly used for farming.

RECORDS
My Vietnam holds some of the unique world records too. We have the world's biggest cave, highest cable car tower too. I am proud of my country!

CITIES AND SITES
Our capital is Hanoi, which is in the north-east Asia. Hanoi contains a lot of history about the last dynasties like the Nguyen dynasty, and many more. Hue is also a very attractive imperial city in central Vietnam. This was the last capital of the Nguyen dynasty. Another popular city in Vietnam is Saigon or Ho Chi Minh City, which lies memorials about the Vietnam War against the USA.

CELEBRATIONS
Here in Vietnam, we follow both the Solar and Lunar calendar, so we do have some unique celebrations throughout the year. One celebration that most of the Vietnamese people enjoy is Tet, or the Lunar new year. HISTORY
Russia is a major superpower through most of the major wars. It was in the Triple Alliance in WW1, and the Allies in WW2. It was known for the culture of the monarchy and power of the military and armed force.

GEOGRAPHY
Russia is not just known for its size, but also the features of geography. The west of the country is mostly in the European plains,  which covers Moskau and St.Petersburg. Since Russia is a transcontinental country, there is a natural border or the Ural mountains.

CULTURE
