1. Output current overload: The arduino's recommended output current has exceed 20mA which can lead to reduced lifetime of arduino. We solved this by replacing the relay switch that controls the transmitter to a nmos mosfet transistor.

2. No display: During the simulation, there is no output of the display text. We still havent found the solution to this problem currently.

Supervisor’s Comments and Feedback:

1. Project Objectives Need Revision:
   

   • The supervisor suggested that our current objectives were too general.

   • We were advised to make the objectives more specific and aligned with the actual functionality of our proposed system.

     
     

2. Emphasize IoT Integration:
   

   • The supervisor recommended that we focus more on the implementation of IoT features, such as remote monitoring and control through a mobile app.

   • Suggested integrating real-time data logging (e.g., voltage, current, power status) and automatic power management using sensors and Wi-Fi.

Action Plan:

• Revise the project objectives to include clear statements on IoT usage on smart charging management.

• Update the presentation slides with a refined block diagram showing the full system including IoT communication.

• Research suitable IoT platforms (e.g., Blynk or Thingspeak)

Idea was too ambitious.

The inefficiency of using solar power.

Lack of relevant power value such as; input power, output power, reactive power and active power.

Lack of industrial perspective

We took the feedbacks into account and improve for the next presentation.

1. We should have a small transformer connected directly from the grid to ensure instant back up when problem occurs to the solar.

2. Improve our simulation especially on the transmitter and receiver because we cannot prove that it was transmit wirelessly in the simulation.

3. Should know how to counter the heating problem with wireless connection.

4. Take note about the induction for the wireless charger.

All the feedback given by the judges was carefully considered. Improvement was made immediately.

Feedbacks during our visit:

1. For the time being, solar energy is not truly efficient in Sarawak as it only has an average of 4 hours of 100% efficiency of energy.

2. We must take account about the electronics in the car as the electromagnetic waves could affect it negatively.

He helped with providing relevant documents such as past projects documentation to help us during our projects.
