         <title>Exemplars are huge to understand expectations. I enjoyed working though a problem in a way that I would answer (and expect) then having the opportunity to see how it lined up with the exemplar provided. I would like to do this with my kids so they can see where they are at currently and where they need to move to. </title>

This is good practice for them and shows how important it is not to just do the math, but talk about the math. I think highlighting great math reasoning would be a next step in 3rd grade!</p>]]></description>
