It is very important children learn a lessons in various ways. For example student can learn math using manipulatives, flash cards, and though using the internet. One benefit of this is that each child has an easier time learning when taught to their strengths and learning styles. This would be very similar to an IEP (Individualized Education Plan). Each child will be worked with according to her individual needs. Their strengths as well as their  weaknesses will both be worked on, but in a way which makes it easier for her to learn. Finally, teachers will have to put in lots of hours in and out of the classroom to provide differentiate instruction.
