         <description><![CDATA[<p>Barely have I started comprehending about operations and more so knowledge management, I am fascinated as I plan to own a makeup company in future. These principles includes planning, organizing, and controlling making me know the best way of producing good from raw materials with little scrap. All these ideas are essential to making sure my brand works well, from selecting the freshest components to determining inventory and serving customers with the best products possible. Through the implementation of the above-outlined strategies; the desired high standard, quality business and favorable costs, as well as customer satisfaction will be attained.  </p><p><br></p><p>In contrast, knowledge management has focused on the idea of capturing, sharing and transferring both codified and non-codified knowledge in an organization. It therefore comes as no surprise that documenting information such as product formulations and operational strategies can create adherence to these forms while at the same time encouraging innovation. Moreover, culture that supports knowledge sharing will play a major role in promoting creativity, cooperation as well as organisation improvement amongst my team .          <description><![CDATA[<p>Studying strategic issues of production and operations management has provided me very useful knowledge about the creation and development of a competitive company. The Kano Model has helped me realize that, in order to deliver value to the customer, it is necessary to not only fulfill their basic demands and need but also to provide new, exciting features which create customer’s wants and, therefore, customer satisfaction. This is in line with my goal of a makeup line that will not only meet but delight my audiences with high quality, novelty, and aesthetic package. Since Wali Motors targets to be a competitive global supplier, by embracing such priorities such as quality, innovation and sustainability I can develop the brand to overcome the stiff market competition.</p><p><br/></p><p>In the same vein understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing, quality management, and technological integration offers the prospect of efficiency and evolutionary adaptation, which contributes to enduring success. So for my makeup brand the use of crm system and using software that designs products to be unique for instance cad software would be of immense importance in creating efficiency, making customers experiences better, and even having more enhanced products. From these lessons, I am well equipped in knowledge that will enable to develop strategies that equal creativity and operational efficiency to create a brand that fully resonates with consumer needs while at the same time establishing a formidable market front.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>This course has been very informative and inspiring to learn more about information system regarding its role in business processing. I now know how IS combines the hardware, software, data, people and business processes to accomplish organizational objectives of efficiency, effectiveness in decision making and innovation. From my dream of having a makeup line, these system are vital. For instance, using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system could assist me in creating good relationship with clients by keeping records of their choices and suggesting products that I know they would like. Likewise, the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system used in managing stocks could help maintain adequate stock levels and forestall any interruptions in the same.  </p><p><br/></p><p>The practical, more practical problem solving approach of IS has also shown how I can indeed deal with the challenges on both organisational efficiency and customer satisfaction fronts by automating repetitive tasks to avoid errors and using data for insights. With these technologies my brand can ensure that there is a smooth process when customers order their products online or getting personalized promotions. I have learned lessons that have given me assurance in handling business issues using technology and ensure success of my makeup company.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Learning about IT and telecommunication facility has been insightful especially with the goal of starting my make up brand soon. Learning about infrastructure where physical and virtual resources such as servers, cloud storage and networks play an important role in managing operations made me aware how important the resources are. For instance, cloud computing can help me ensure that customer data remain secure while at the same time, fostering the e-commerce platforms which are dynamic globally. The notions of virtualization and scalability reflect the truth, as they mean I could expand the business without purchasing lot of physical assets.</p><p><br></p><p>Furthermore, the topics on telecommunication networks such as 5G network and unified communication framework also led to ideas about improving customer interactions. Think about whitening your teeth through an App, applying makeup through an AR app or getting a suitable product recommendation through an IoT insight. I could keep track of my inventory in real time, and have confidential and efficient interaction with suppliers and customers all over the world. These are the insights that make me look forward to how we can utilise technology to improve how the company runs and provide some of the dynamism inherent in my dream makeup brand that is also customer centered.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have discovered the course of managing production processes to be very enlightening and applies to my dream of venturing into the makeup business. It was somewhat shocking to learn about routing and how capacity management works, it made realize how crucial process planning is even up to the final stages of production. For instance, applying Gantt display or material requisite planning (MRP) may assist me to guarantee my makeup products are produced on time and the quality needed. Learning of various types of production processes which include the batch and the flow shop enabled emerged me to embrace the productivity as I was formulating my product line.</p><p><br></p><p>Out of all the ideas presented I was most interested in the concept of process innovation. Introducing new technologies, such as automatic packing lines or environmentally friendly production methods, can lower expenses, which is a value I wish for my brand. All information about lean manufacturing and tools like Six Sigma helped me to feel more confident about my problem-solving potential and efficiency in terms of constant reduction of muda and improvement of quality. The knowledge which I reached during these lessons supported my dream in creating makeup brand which would work effectively in terms of the waste recycling, be environmentally friendly and whose main aim would be to satisfy its customers with the best quality cosmetics.</p>]]></description>

For instance, constant delivery on assurances such as shipment time, or product stock indicates reliability for my brand.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Studying the material concerning the quality management and Six Sigma has validated how critical it is to offer high-quality products to the clients. The concept of ‘fit for use’ and ongoing improvement is very close to my thinking about developing makeup that is not only aesthetically pleasing but is good for your skin and works. Strategies and tactics such as DMAIC, an approach to Six Sigma can also be useful in improving how manufacturing happens and reducing any imperfections that might exist.</p><p><br></p><p>When it comes to my suggestion for makeup brand, implementing of quality management means that one must listen to the needs of customer and make sure that the lipstick, foundation or even eyeshadow is of the best quality. Getting feedback, quality control, and working to achieve zero defects as part of the process can add up to a good reputation. I have learnt different lessons from these and it has motivated me to work hard to make sure that quality is upheld at all levels of my business from the design of the product to the delivery of the product to the customers to make sure that my brand stands out due to its reliability and innovation.</p>]]></description>

Marketing databases, which link customer information could help my future makeup company by providing incomparable services such as product recommendations based on customer requirements. On the other hand SCM can facilitate various activities that are from getting raw materials for makeup formulations to delivering the makeup products to retailers or even directly to the consumer.</p><p><br></p><p>All of these concepts have helped me understand the great delicate that exists between back-end optimization and front-end customer experience. Integrating different technological tools can help my brand provide quality services and products, alongside maintaining a steady supply of products to consumers: CRM for the purpose of customer loyalty; SCM for the purpose of product delivery. Some of the basic concepts such as capacity planning, forecast, and inventory control are pivotal for operating effectively to make the customer’s expectations a reality. To my makeup brand, these strategies are important in handling raw materials, estimating the likely requite of each product and in ensuring that they do not order for or have excess stock of raw materials. Understanding those principles will enable me to operate my brand effectively, minimize losses and keep the products in the market.</p><p><br/></p><p>Several more were identified, the lean philosophy and the just-in-time (JIT) strategy precisely, as they aim at minimizing waste and optimizing quality. Moreover, the analysis of m-commerce in the current paper raises the issue of the necessity for structures that provide customers with a user-friendly opportunity to purchase and access products online. Every one of these endeavours has consisted on tools and knowledge that allowed me to build the vision and understanding of how operational strategies, information systems and digital marketing works. From this experience I have realized the benefits of having efficiency, focusing on the consumer and creativity in promoting competitive advantage besides being aware of how to handle resources and on how to operate constantly where ever the market changes.</p><p>Our subsequent lessons taught that one must retain operational excellence and a creative marriage of technology and marketing in order to execute this dream. </p><p><br></p><p>From topics like how to avoid having your inventory fail in the first place, lean principles, or communicating with the clients with the help of digital services, each topic has helped me to begin to imagine and create a brand that would make a difference in the lives of people in the beauty industry. This journey has been a motivational and applies to the improvement of strengthening my performance to meet the challenges and prospect on my path to achieving my entrepreneurial ambitions.</p>]]></description>
