Organization can be difficult to do as your own person, and I can imagine it's hard to have a whole classroom organized. For a teacher, having everything already planned out would help. I know now I like to write down everything I have due and when it's due, then do it based on the due date. As an educator, a good way I would think to be organized is creating folders or a space simply for classwork or homework. Separate it by grade or subject, or whatever is needed as long as you understand and can find it effectively.

Organizing is easy, but staying organized can be difficult. I believe that as a future educator, we all worry about ensuring we are on top of everything. Once the day finally comes, I assume it will be much easier when we get into the groove. You will find what works best for you and how to stick to it. You may find websites and apps in which help you keep all of your lesson plans and agendas together. A system that works great is possibly having folders on deck and separating them into the correct spot that you will know.

Organization is something that I struggle with all of the time. The main thing that helps me is finding a place for everything. This sounds pretty simple because it is. I use drawers and a labeler and that helps me create a spot for my papers. Just always try to put things where they belong.

Organization is very beneficial for students. It starts in grade school and continues through all schooling. I like to be organized. I have folders for all my classes. In grade school, my teachers helped us by having things in their classes labeled and organized where we wanted to follow their steps. I also remember my teachers helping us step up our binders and folders to put us on the right track to staying organized.

Organizing itself is not a hard thing to do when you first start, but keeping up with it can be a difficult task. There are a lot of different ways to stay organized, but there are some things that have helped me as a student that I plan to continue doing as a teacher. I use a planner to know what I am doing each day. You can write this out or use an app on your phone like your calendar. To keep up with actual paper homework and notes I have separate folders and I make sure every assignment is titled and dated.

Yes! Organization is very important. A great way to keep school work/ homework organized is to use a filing caddy. These can be found at Walmart or T.J. Max, or pretty much anywhere. You can label each drawer with a day. At the beginning of each week place your worksheets for each day in the proper drawer. You could do the same thing for completed papers that need grading. If you do this at the beginning of each week, it will be less of a struggle each day to fin your worksheets.

Ways that I would stay organized with student homework is to have two shelves. One would be for graded assignments and one for turned in assignments. Once the turned in assignments are all graded and in the graded shelf I would go through and put them all in the gradebook.

I would create a classroom calendar where you can post assignment due dates that the students always have access to. You could even buy your students cheap planners and grade them on their keeping up with due dates, instead of a folder.

I do not think I will have problems with organization in the classroom because I am very organized. The advice I would give teachers that aren't is to have separate shelves for different things. For example one shelf could be graded homework and another shelf could be where they turn their new homework in.
