         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Most foods kept in the refrigerator should be packaged in airtight wraps or containers&nbsp;</li><li>Store the freshest foods in the back of the refrigerator while the oldest are in the front so they can be used first&nbsp;</li><li>Do not overstock the fridge, cool air needs to be able to circulate through all the foods. Clean the refrigerator when needed.</li><li>Meats, dairy products and some fruits and vegetables need to be refrigerated to keep them fresh</li><li>Store meat, poultry, fish and alternates in the coldest part of the refrigerator&nbsp;</li><li>When stored in the fridge, fish must be tightly wrapped in foil or plastic wrap otherwise the odor of the fish will harm other foods stored in the fridge</li><li>Fruits and vegetables should not be washed before storing them in the crisper section of the fridge</li><li>Oils and fats should be refrigerated once opened. When refrigerated cooking oils then should be used within a few weeks</li></ol>]]></description>
