My phone rang. I answered with ANTICIPATION, hoping it was my agency calling about that movie I auditioned for.
"Hey Mia, it's Kevin!"
"Oh, hi Kevin" I replied, a little disappointed it wasn't the call I expected.
"JUDGING by your voice you sound a little down. What's wrong?"
"It's nothing, don't worry. Anyway Kevin, what's up?".
"The SHUTTER in my camera is broken and it's a NECESSITY for my school project. Can I borrow your camera?".
"Sure, I'll be over as soon as I can”.
”Really? You’re the best!” he shouted in REJOICE.

"So, what kind of pictures are you taking? I asked, giving Kevin my camera. He were located in the school photo lab.
”It’s form my ADVERTISEMENT class. I’m supposed to show hos easily the media AFFECT us. Take this one for example” he siad showing me one of his IMAGES on his photo DISPLAY. ”This one shows the importance of REPRESENTATION is, though only a FRACTION of the business is, that’s why the EVALUTION of advertising is so CRUCIAL. These photos are supposed to help CONVEY that. What do you think?”.
”ACCORDING TO me, this sounds like the ULTIMATE option”. I answered.
He smiled. ”Thank you. We really need to INVOLVE everyone in this, the PERCEPTION of the media must change.
I could tell he was really interested in this. ”Now, let’s take the rest of the pictures, shall we?.

Nicole Wandell

NEVER GOING BACK

I walked the crowded streets of Amsterdam, red light district was as crowded as always on a Saturday night, all the tourist wanted to get a glints of the half naked girls standing in the windows. The strong smell of weed and cigarettes burned in my nose and covered the streets in a thick fog.

I picked up my phone and the DISPLAY lighted up, a text from Jimmy, it was the link to a tattoo studio, I clicked the ADVERTISMENT nothing happened.

*pling* another text from Jimmy,

" Meet me at the studio ;)".

JUDGING by his oddly happy and suspicious message I figured this would INVOLVE one of his stupid attempts to make me do one of his "crazy bucket list adventures". In the beginning of November when I moved here Jimmy had made a bucket list full of stupid things that he was supposed to do before he dies for example bungee jumping from a skyscraper and getting to meet the worlds most dangerous man and now he is fully convinced that he will be the one to make me step out of my comfort zone and join him on one of this weird adventures. But that will never happen, I'm fully satisfied with my life as it is even though it might not be that crazy but I prefer to stay on the right side o the law.

I walked the last block to the studio and entered the doors with ANTICIPATION.

The room was small with black floors and walls that were covered in different drawings and photos of tattooed people, a desk ran along the other wall, a lady with short black hair, piercings and tattoo sleeves stood behind it and was obviously too INVOLED in something happening on her computer screen to even notice me. I saw Jimmy sitting on one of the brits inside the room were they actually did the tattoos, he ran up to me and put his hands over my eyes.

"SHUT your eyes, it wont be fun otherwise"

I wouldn’t NECESSARILY call Jimmy my friend because I haven't known him for that long but I do know him well enough to know that he is not the most trustable person but I am way to tired to say no so I decide to just go with it. He started o walk me forward and we stepped in to a bright room that smelled of cleaning supplies and ink. Jimmy removed his hands and yelled "SURPRICE!".

In front of me sat a man with a needle in one hand and a joint in the other, JUDGING by his facial expression he wasn’t exactly "percent".

"You are getting a tattoo! Cool huh?" Jimmy said with enthusiasm " ACCORDNING to this website he is one of the best tattoo artists in the world" he added like that would AFFECT my decision weather I would leave my untouched skin in the hands of a man who probably didn’t even know his own name, no thank you!

" I'm sorry I can't I don’t know what I want to tattoo it can take a while" I said in a poor attempt to get out of the situation but of course Jimmy had a plan for that too.

"Oh don't worry" he said " I've already picked on for you" I could feel his smile when he turned around and took a paper from the unorganised computer desk behind him that was covered in IMAGES of motorcycles and pinups and I was 100% sure that he just pick that image randomly. He held up the picture, there was a sketched picture that was REPRESENTING a bicycle, nothing crazy

or weird just a easy bicycle and I don't know how but I had seem to have lost my PERCEPTION because Jimmy was looking at me like he was waiting for something, an answer, my answer.

"I'm sorry what was the question?"

"So are you going to do this or not?" He said with a laugh.

This was CRUCIAL either I ate my own words and did this oddly gorgeous tattoo or I backed out and looked like a coward and missed out on a huge adventure just as every other time .This was ULTIMATE, I was on my way out of my comfort zone. I sat down in the white leather chair "Lets do this" I looked up at Jimmy's face and it was price less, if this didn’t turn out well I could always think back on that face and laugh.

20 minutes later it was done, It didn't hurt as much as I though and when I looked at my self in the mirror I don't see any difference, I don't know what I expected I just feel like I would look different for some reason, more bad ass maybe?

Well even though I don’t look different after getting the tattoo I definitely feel different, a quick EVALUATION and I know that I am a different person inside I finally understand what they mean when they say that the light can DECEIVE. From the outside I might just be little girl with weird taste in music and a awfully boring job but on the inside I am so much more, I feel like I can do anything now, the world is so much bigger outside the comfort zone, I'm never going back!

Today I saw an advertisement that really caught my eye. It was a displayed image in the window of my favorite store. I was really rejoiced when I saw that the image were involving plus size models. The representation of them was really good and I think that´s very crucial in todays society. We can´t convey the idea of looking down on our bodies just because it doesn´t look a certain way to the next coming generations. We need to learn not to let ”body-ideals” affect us, and according to WHO plus size models is a great way of teaching the society not to be so judgemental about ourselves.

My perception of WHOs evaluation about models and how they affect us is that I think it´s neccessary to have models in all sizes, and not just neccessarily the skinny and plus sized ones. My ultimate anticipation is to have models who has different styles, ages and skin colors, I think that everybody should be accepted in the model industry, or else I feel like we humans decieve other humans with our actions.

Well, enough about that.. Now I´m going over to my best friends house to see his new camera, according to him it has this amazing shutter, so he just bought it without even thinking, just in a fraction of a second. That´s what I call being spontaneous!

Here I am, roaming the streets of New York once again trying to find the perfect picture. It´s for an assignment in school and it´s due tomorrow. I´ve been looking for it for 3 weeks now. Everyday I´ve searched during daylight but today I decided to change it up slightly.

The usually over crowded and noisy streets were now empty and quit. It was dark, the only light coming from the big billboards with advertisements on them.

The advertisements displayed very different images. Every image representing something different then the other. Some images were of half naked people with the intent to advertise their underwear. All of them trying to convey the message that their product was the best. Whether If that was truth or not did not matter though.

Most of them were deceiving, trying to make our anticipation for the product way to high. Pretty much all of them trying change our perception and evaluation on things.

It´s all so disgusting, the media forcing their opinions upon us. Why can´t there be positive ads trying to encourage us instead? Advertisements encouraging free speech, more representation of the people who are hidden in the shadows? Advertisers that show what is neccessary and crucial, instead of all this crap? For them not to involve all these body-ideals and judgements of things.

Then I notice it, I stop walking, that one single advertiser that is actually for a good cause. It´s sad how small of a fraction those kind of advertisements are amongst all the ones that are completely pointless.

I feel a raindrop fall on my cheek making it appear like I´ve been crying. The rain starts pouring and it creates a rain puddle on the pavement. The puddle is reflecting the advertisements and making them look slightly off. I scoff at the sight, " how fitting", I think to myself. It really reflected the truth behind it all. I pull up my camera from my bag and I snap a picture trying to capture this ultimately perfect moment. I pull the shutter on the camera so that It will shield the camera lens from the rain.I put it back into my bag. I start walking once again, I pull my hood over my head and the perfect moment is over.

My name is Alicia Deis and I am the new face of l'oreal Paris ultimate collection. My face will be on advertisement all over the world. Today is the crucial day for me, because today is the photoshoot.

I was wering a pink dress and my face was totally covered in makeup. The camera was ready and I ware filled with anticipation. I started posing and the camera started clicking. Photo after photo were taken.

-No no no no no, he said. You have to be more alive

-I am alive, i anwered, don't you see I'm smiling?

-Well, just because you're smiling does'nt necissarily mean you look alive.

-It feel like I'm looking alive, I answered

-I'm sorry but I can't see it. You have to convey that feeling to the camera!

Those words really affected me in a bad way. According to him I looked totally boring and that made me feel deceived. Because when they chose me as their new face they said it was because of my beautiful and totally alive face.

Don't cry, don't cry, don't cry I told myself. Then I shut my eyes just for a second and took a deep breath. You can do this, I told myself. And then it all started again, more photos were taken. Billions of photos were taken and to be honest it felt really, really good. I knew that this time the photos would look fantastic. I knew that my face looked really alive. Or at least I thought so until the photografer again sighed.

-I'm sorry but these photos are a total disaster. I've taken one million photos and not even a fraction of them look okay. It feels like you have the wrong perception of what image me and all the other involved is looking for.

-I'm sorry, I said

He rolled his eyes in disapointment

-Yeah, you should be. We chose you to represent this big new collection and you're face were supposed to be displayed all over the country. And all you give us is this. I'ts total crap.

-So, what do you want me to do?

-My evaluation of all this is that we should just ignore that this photo shoot ever happened.

I thought he had made an unfair judgement but I did'nt say. I just walked out of the room not taking off the pink dress. Tears were streaming down my face. I will never expose myself in such a situation ever again.

How to be an expert online shopper

Online shopping is a pretty new and a very popular way to purchase products like clothes, shoes, books, food and you name it. You can even order a new display to your iPhone?!And this is only a fraction of everything that´s available online, amazing!

But of course, like everything else, online shopping has its cons… You have to have a good judgement when you´re going on a shopping spree while sitting on your couch or taking a bath, that´s very crucial. Unfortunately, everyone in the world has access to the internet which includes really bad people and idiots. Idiots who can easily deceive you. They will ask you to convey money them, exchange for a product you want to buy, but if you have a bad judgement you may end up with a fake product or in some cases nothing at all. Isn´t this illegal maybe you’re thinking? Sure it is, it´s false advertisement! And if you want you can involve the police. But these kinds of crimes are extremely common which means there are many of them, and the police doesn’t have the time to solve all of them. Also they don’t really have so much affect on the internet. According to BRÅ (brottsförebyggande rådet), 2/115 reported cases were solved 2015… But personally I think that´s pretty relevant. I mean, cars are burning in our suburbans, do you seriously think that the police has time to catch the low lifer who sold you a fake Michael Kors bag or a broken shutter? My point here is that the statistics doesn’t necessarily mean we have bad cops…

Anyways! Evaluation on how to be a successful online shopper! What`s the ultimate things you have to think about? First of all you have to have a perception of how much money is legit to spend on the specific product. Then It´s always good to check the advertiser… Who is he/she? Is there any number or an email address to this person? Also, is there an image on the product? Because if the ad says Pink Ferrari, 100$ (no picture), send me the money and I´ll drive the car to your house within 24 hours! /Anonymous” I wouldn’t anticipate anything… Maybe a toy, if you’re lucky!

-Ok ,so according to the boss you need to have like a girl power feeling in todays photo-shoot, you know like Queen B. Seriously Aisha, you need to get you’re game on.

-I know Mike , I promise I will do my best.

-You know the critics will be hard on you in this shoot. This image can affect so many people if you get it right, even though it is a advertisement.

So this is my life, or more like no life. My name is Alisha and I’m a model, I love it but at the same time I don’t, I don’t get to have any time for my family and friends. Sometimes you got to pay the price, in this case not meeting family and friends, but then I think it is all worth it. I work at a super famous magazine. Vogue, its like the biggest dream of every model to be in vogue and here I am. I’m super lucky but its not just luck its hard work and big sacrifices, but it was necessary to get where I am today.

I started at another magazine but after some misunderstanding’s I was called a betrayer and I got kicked out. I didn’t do something wrong there, but the other girls that worked there didn’t like me, so they made up a story about me betraying the magazine. Luckily my friend Cindy was working as a writer on Vogue so she got the directors to have an meeting with me. Their anticipations weren’t high, but when I displayed some pictures of me they seemed to get more interested. But their judgment changed when they heard of the incident on my last job and because of that they said no. Cindy persuaded them to give me another chance.

I went and did a representation of my self, showed some pictures and they evaluated me and checked if I was vogue material and apparently I was because here I am.

-Alisha can you change clothes while I change the camera, the shutter has broken for some reason, I need to go and get it fixed after this shoot.

-Sure do you want me in the red dress?

-Yeah the red dress is perfect! Hey you there! Get Alisha some makeup, like a smoky eye ore something. Robert can you convey the pictures to my computer after the shoot.

-Ok here we go so Alisha can you smile a little, this is like a fraction of what you’re capable of, I want more teeth. Yeah, like that, the perception of the picture is gonna be better if you smile. Ok, so let's get the ultimate picture.

That’s it, that’s amazing!

A while ago i was doing an advertisement for a clothing line. I had very high anticipations since it was my first time shooting for this company. After shooting a lot of pictures i was very tired but then i realised that we had only taking a fraction of all the pictures we were going to take. I didn't want to complain because i felt like this was crucial for my career with this company. It felt good when i was taking the pictures but according to the photographer i needed to look more shutter into the camera. He said that it would affect the pictures in a whole different way, so i did as he said. The clothing line that i was shooting was apparently supposed to convey this sexy
summer feeling so as you can understand it involved a lot of light clothes. But for some weird reason i liked the image of myself in them.
And even if i wouldn't have liked them it wouldn't been necessary to complain. After i was done i had to do an evaluation on the day and say what i thought about the clothes and i had to promise to not display the photos to anyone yet. After that i thanked everyone and went home. They told me that the pictures would be released in a few weeks and i would get the money next month. Just hope they don't deceive me. Three weeks later my manager called and said that she had gotten the pictures, i got really nervous but from her judgment it sounded like they were great. But there was one ultimate thing to do before they would publish the pictures and that was for me to promise to work with them again, i got so happy and very surprised i had gotten a totally different perception of them and didn't thought they liked me that much. But guess i was wrong. The representation of the photos were really cool and i looked so professional and hot. This was a life changing job for me and it all went up hill from here. Thanks to the company and my manager.

If you are going to New York I can suspect that you anticipations for this journey are high. I can imagine that you are expecting a lot of high skyscrapers with big billboards and advertisements on the walls. This was my perception of New York too before i went there, now my image is totally different. My favorite place was definitely the central park, not only because of the beautiful nature with the trees, grass and waters but the central park involves so much more. I lived in Brooklyn and I really loved the atmosphere there, I think that Brooklyn is the part of New York that is most likely to Stockholm. To convey the moment in the central park and in Brooklyn I thought that i could take some photos, I have a very old camera and where not sure that it was going to work as it should but I tried and for a fraction of a second I actually thought that it worked, but when I then later on tried to display the picture I understood that this old cameras days where over. The shutter was broken and that is why all of my photos from that trip are all black.
According to many of my friends, New York is not a town for women, they say that it is too scary to walk on the streets with so much catcalls and other creepy situations. I on the other hand do not think that these men should affect us and keep us away because that is when they win. I do not necessarily think that you should think that this kind of behavior is okey but I think that it is important to talk about it and show to others that you are not afraid. I think that if we do it like that it will give us representation and it will make it easier for girls in the future.
To make an evaluation on New York and to judge it I would say that the ultimate thing that really made me love New York have to be the people and the residents. When i went there my anticipation where that people would be very rude since it is a very high tempo and a lot of people are stressed but they where actually very polite and helpful. One crucial and important thing for a global city is that the residents are nice, otherwise it does not matter how beautiful the city is or how tasty the food is, the hole experience will be destroyed. The thing is that I actually loved New York so much that I might deceive Södermalm (and Södermalm is probably my place to be in this world) and move to America for a year or two, I think that that would be awesome!

Make my own answer

So today when I was on my way home I saw a bus with an advertisment on it. The advertisment dispplayed an image of people dancing and siging. It was a musical called "The Phantom of the Opera". I started to wonder if the play was any good, I decided to check if Aftonbladet had seen the show. They had, and according to them the play seem very good because their representation were five golden stars.

The image affected me, I wanted to see this musical and I started go get good anticipations. I called my mom and asked her if we could see this musical tomorrow night. She said we could. So when I got home I ordered tickets to "The Phantom of the Opera".

It was time to see the show and I was a bit nervous. Like what if the musical sucked and this image I saw on the bus had deceived me. All the good things that Aftonbladet wrote could necessarly be wrong. To get answers to my questions I had to see the show, so I could get my own answer. The doors to the theater went open and we were allowed to sit down. It was cameras all around me and I could hear the shutter click in them. Then the theater went all dark and I could´nt see a thing. I tried to understand with all my perception why it was so quiet, but then suddenly I strated to hear soft music, and the it all started.

After the show I was moved to tears. The musical had been fantastic, it was really good. The last part in the show was so ultimate and crucial. The only thing that I did´nt liked was when one of the actors started to laugh in a very serious part, but that was just a fraction of the whole show. The show involved so many sad and heartbreaking parts so I started to cry more then my mom did, and trust me, she was crying alot!

When I got home after the show I started to write an evalution and my jugdment of the musical. I wrote alot of good stuff about it, so much that my mom wanted to convey it to the newspapper Aftonbladet. But I said no. But I did really love the musical and … that image I saw on the bus had not decevide me.

//Victoria Kinberg DM1

Water was running down her face but she didn't mind. In a fraction of a second my shutter had closed again and I looked down on the image with fire in my eyes. Again the light had deceived her beauty but I didn’t know how I would fix it. I changed the position of the camera and took one more photo. And another one. I looked on the display and my heart skipped a beat. Her face lit up by hope and anticipation when I looked up at her again. This was the picture that would convey my ultimate message to her. The picture was as good as the advertisement on TV and I hoped she would see that. According to my thoughts this could involve her smile in my life more often. I walked over to her to show her the crucial result. She looked at it a long time with me trying to read her thoughts judging by the look of her face.

Advertisement is a very popular way for companys to affect people to most time buy things. It`s necessarily not the best way but according to evaluation it is.

Back in the days producers and filmmakers used to "hide" advertisements in films at cinemas. They displayed a image of a product for a fraction of a second in the middle of the movie so peoples eyes didn`t noticed it but peoples brains did.

There is a compeition for young new models who would like to be famous. The competiton is about getting the best picture and the winner will be at the magazines flyers and advertisements. In the competition you have only 30 pictures to impress in. The model got to listen to the signal from the camera shutter so him or her nows when to change pose. And without any person giving directions the model need to do as good poses as possible to do better than the anticipations. When the posing is done the photographer conveys the pictures to a computer and the upload them to a website where everyone can vote for their favourite. In the end of the week a few judgers does a judgement based on their perception of the photos. Then a final crucial counting does which involve both the people and the judgers votes. Then a ultimate cermony determines whos the winner.

”It´s a city that never sleeps”

Thats the perception we have of new york. And I can even myself tell you that`s true. Theres people everywhere you go, around every corner and on every street.
Something you also see everywhere is advertisement. The buildings are full with displays with images of products, famous people and movies. This of course affects you when you walk the streets around time square. Good or bad? The answer to that doesn’t necessarily have to be one of those. I would say the crucial thing is what the advertiser is trying to convey. Is he trying to sell you a product that you don’t really need or is he…
The ultimate thing is to have a good judgement when it comes to this. Or else you may be deceived by the commercials. You have to look at the product and think with your judgement if it`s real or fake. You often have too high anticipations because the reality in the ad is often glorified. Deep down you know that you’re hair isn`t gonna sparkle if you buy an expensive shampoo. According to ”resume” (advertise business) the ad affects the young people the most, and just a fraction of old people because they normally have a better judgement and experiences than younger people.

My evaluation is that advertisement involves to earn money by tricking people to buy things they don´t need. I mean, why buy a pink shutter when you already have a black one that works just as well? Yeah so the advertisers can be richer than they already are... Reality is a bitch.

The reason behind my silence was that absolutely no one would listen to what I said. Everyone was too busy talking about what was wrong and right. No one understood that we all have different views for different reasons. They barley tried to understand each other. They were so busy in explaining and so desperate to be right, they didn’t notice that no one was listening. It was amusing really. And in the middle of this whole mess, I sat, watching it all and kind of
wishing I had a bowl of popcorn, playing with my finger nails and waiting for better times. I gave up long ago so no one questioned my silence anymore.

I didn’t know how to mute the crowded aula but I knew I had to do it somehow. I was done. D. O. N. E. I couldn’t keep doing nothing, it was against my own rules and I’d hate to be a double standard. So I thought I had to think quick, think smart, how do I get a bunch of arguing, mentally civilized, loud apes attention?

My next performance would be abnormal.

So, I stood up on my chair, threw my books down the stairs and shouted “QUIET!” As loud as I could. I didn’t suspect anyone to think of me as anything but strange, but at least everyone was staring at me in silence wondering what I was doing and I finally had their attention. I smiled to my self and from my pocket I picked up the text I had spent the past 10 minutes on writing. “I just wanted to read this little speech I wrote.” I said in a calm but loud voice. “I’m quitting, which I suppose is a surprise for no one here, but I want to explain why.” All these eyes were now focusing on me, something I wasn’t used to. I had to hold my laughter in as someone raised their hand instead of just shouting out what they wanted to say. Why the sudden obeying?

I shook my head, ignoring the puzzled expressions of the crowded aula. I sighed and read my text.

“This life.

We're spending time on things we won't care about five minutes later, we take in knowledge that gives us nothing, obsessing over entertainment so much that we don't even know how it would be like not to have that; because we never go without it.

Everywhere we go we see advertisements and promotions, from displays and images, trying to give you the impression that any of these things really matters. The ultimate manipulation is going on right now and you're not even aware of it because you’ve already deceived life.

According to them, your perception of someone you've never met before should be based on judgements. You shall convey this evaluation to people around you so they can judge as well and maybe you can figure out together what this person you never spoke to is thinking. Sounds completely logical right? Why not let the camera shutter and tell the internet as well?

Sink a little deeper into this whole manipulation and help those who created it.

In less than a fraction of a second you could realize how fooled you may have been and throw your phone in a wall.

You don’t pick it up. You run outside and observe what people actually are doing and how affected by society everyone seems to be. How this is actually called a “Life style.”

How people don't care about what you mean as long as you don't have the right words to define with… That's something else you can feed people with. Definitions after definitions and wrong ways to describe people as if they were so simple and monotonous, they could only fit in one category and their personality is invalid to where to place them, it's what society thinks that matters. There are still words like different even though we're all the same which is exactly that: different. So how could we possibly be our selves and fit in at the same time when we need to be like everyone else in our box?

But no, you have to know exactly if you're one thing or another because be a mix of them and you're no longer a reliable source because they don't understand it.

Adjectives are no longer made to describe you, they're made for you to fit into.”

And with that I had let my thoughts out. I didn’t pick up my books, I just grabbed my jacket and left.

They would never see me again.

Michelle Olsson ES-DM I´m so nervous, I said. You don’t have to worry, everything will be fine I promise, he said. Miss Andersson, the man in the lobby said. Yes that’s me, I said. Good look honey, you know that you can do this, he said. Thanks Pontus, I love you, she said and kissed him. You know that you are just a fraction of all the people applying for this job, so I don’t have so big anticipation's on you, so you really need to perception on me, the man said. And by the way, my name is Mr. Hudson, if you get this job, that is necessarily for you to know. So Miss Andersson, where are you from? Said Mr. Hudson, because according to the image that I got from you, it looks like you´re from Brooklyn, it´s that true? No, I`m actually from Manhattan, that image is from when I was working as an advertiser, well not exactly an advertiser, my responsibility was to convey all the pictures from the computers into papers, really boring but I earn a lot of money, and the advertisements in Brooklyn were very pretty thanks to me. But the job really affected me very much because I was in a lot of stress and everybody was just complaining on me and... you know what, whatever, that time is over now. But two days before I quitted the job, I did a evaluation about my time there and so on, and I complained a lot on what I though not was right. Okay, now were here, said Mr. Hudson, sit down please. So Miss Andersson, tell my why you want this job. Because I want to be involved into this great company. And I will never deceive this company if I get the job either, I promise that, I said. So, are you good at cooking, Miss Andersson, Mr. Hudson said. Yes I am, I went to a cooking-school when I was twenty years old, I learned a lot there so yes, I think that I'm really good at cooking, I Said. Okay good, Mr. Hudson said. How old are you Miss Andersson. I´m twenty-four, soon twenty-five, I answered. Well I don’t think I need to know more about you, Miss Andersson. Okay....... I answered. You got the job, Mr. Hudson said, you start on Monday. You´re the ultimate person for this job. I think that you will represent this company in a good way. But before you go, we need to take a picture of you. Okay, I said. No shutter please Miss Andersson, yeah perfect, look at It on the display, It´s good right? He asked. Yes It is, I answered. Now I need to go, see you on Monday. How did it go darling, Pontus asked. Great, it was exactly like my anticipation, I think I´m going to love it here, I answered. but I still need to make a judgment if I really want this job, my next job interview tomorrow will crucial.

Its a normal day in school and Lucy and her friends are in english class learning about advertisement and what tricks brands use to get customers. Lucy finds english very entertaining and the likes these lessons a lot, not necessarily love it because its still school but anyway. But this day Lucy has a weird feeling in her stomach so she can't concentrate. She has that feeling sometimes, it usually means that something bad it about to happen. She had that feeling right before her grandpa passed away for example. Caught in her own thoughts, the bell rings and english is over. She felt nervous and scared because the feeling in her stomach didn't go away. ”Hey Lucy!” her friend Cam said while Lucy was standing by her locker. ”Oh hey” she replied. ”would you like to help me with a homework? Its in art class and we have to take a picture involving nature with our cameras. But the problem is my shutter on my camera is broken so maybe i can borrow yours?” Cam asked. ”Yeah sure” Lucy said and started to dig in her bag looking for her camera. She found it and handed it over to Cam. Cam smiled and they both started to walk to the door that would lead them out. Later in the woods Cam had an intense photo session, she literally took a photo of everything she saw. She took photos of trees, leafs, rocks, everything. Lucy just followed, she would not let her camera out of sight because she had so many important photos there that she hadn't conveyed to her computer yet. They got deeper and deeper into the woods and Lucy was trying her ultimate not to be scared. ”Cam shouldn't we go back soon?” Lucy said with a shaky voice. ”But i need to get a good image! Only a fraction of these photos are good” Cam replied. Lucy took the camera from her, looked at the display and went through the photos. ”These are really good Cam and you got tons of good photos here, can we please go home?” Lucy said. Cam sight but then she nodded. They looked around. ”where did we come from?” Cam asked. ”i have no idea” Lucy replied. They saw nothing but trees around them, no way out of it. where they lost? ”okey, it looks like we are lost and now its crucial that we stick together” Lucy said. cam nodded and she had i frightened facial expression. ”I have a map on my phone!” Lucy continued. She picked her phone up and went in to maps.Okay if i got the right perception, according too this we should go this way” Lucy said and pointed in one direction. without saying anything, they both started to walk in that direction. they walked and walked. they lost track off time and they thought to themselves, how did this get so messed up? it started to get dark and the fear was just growing inside of them. But then they saw a light. could it be a street light? they both got filled with anticipation and started to run to the light with a big smile on they're faces even tho they where really tired. when they got to the street they recognized where they where. they hugged each other for a long time. ”lets go home” cam said. they started to walk and lucy never wanted to look back on this day because it only represented fear to her. ”but cam? why didn't we just call the police while were in the woods?” ”i have no idea” cam replied.

The people who started this thing tries to involve as many as possible. According to the people tho started this project is this the “key”. They are trying to convey and affect the humans with this solution.

So the people who are trying to use the tea have a high anticipation.

I don’t get a good perception about this method. I don’t like it at all. If I will lose weight i would eat right and practice.

The girls who work with modeling stuffs like Victoria Secret models. They must be superthin so they can be models… So when they have photoshoots with a camera and the shutter in the camera must the models be superthin.

After a photoshoot can the models look at the pictures on the cameras display. With the background behind the model can the photographer pic the crucial picture. The photographer can also do a judgement, evaluation or a representation with the picture.

But it’s just a fraction of all girls i the world who got this chance. So what would they do? Would they take the job and lose weight or not?

Every modelproject is not like this though.

Some of them are not like this. But some projects are not serious with the job, so they can decive you.

I watched tv a cozy Fridaynight. It was my favorite show, I had just started to watch and it switched to advertisement, really annoying.

I know that the advertisement is only there because it want's to affect us.

The first one was for H&M. IT was a summercollection for dresses and I think they deceived me because they were so colorful and beautiful.

Something that is good with some brands are that they involve all types of bodies. They have for example models that are big and tall. But the thing with the advertisement is that it gives us an anticipation when we see for example a poster. They give us an angle that sometimes isn't like the reality.

Some brands on the internet says that they don't have children that works for their company or that they don't try their makeup on animals. According to the company it may be true but in fact it's not.

Many countries have got laws all the brands have to follow. They have to try on the makeup on animals before they sell it. It's just a fraction of people that is aware of these situations. When we buy products from these brands we represent the brand and support it.

It pops up lot's of images on the television that conveys to my brain. It's very crucial how you are as a person if when it comes to the advertisement. That can be the conclution if you will get affected or not. I think they should stop taking photos and recordings for their advertisement because they only disappoint me. Why not write true things about a product by using words? Why not let the camera shutter and instead write and tell people true things about products they sell.

My ultimate perception and evalution is that people are influenced by advertising everywhere. Both at home and in the cities. In the cities there is displays advertising on large signs. On buildings and the posters on buses and also on the subways. You can find it everywhere!!

My judgment is that it's not necessary for people to be influenced by advertising that you now a days can see everywhere.

Today it’s her last day in Sweden. My best friend is tomorrow going to take of to America and left me here with a life in Stockholm in front of me and I know that she is going to have a great time down there for the year she is going to be there. Ofcourse her and mine anticipations are really big and high for both me and Aubrey. Thats her namn. Just because that she is going to USA and creat a new life there and me to Stockholm and creat a new life there isn’t that meen that we are going to lost eachother. I know that we are going to talk littlebit everyday and Skype at least one day per week. And that we need to hold on throgh becasue I wanna know everything from down there. How cool isn’t it to study in a hole new country were you don’t know anyone. I think it’s very cool though but i’ve got that perception that the school is very hard down there and except high school but I know that she is going to fix it.

FEW WEEKS LATER

”Hello, can you hear me?” said Aubrey from Skype just when I touched the green little button. ”Yes of course I hear you, how are you?” I answered with a big smile on my face. It was some days now when we last talk by Skype. I miss her really much and she told me so much funny stuffs. She displayed me some images from the school and told me that the American history and the regular english were really hard. I can think about that because it would be the same if a American-Swedish came to Sweden and should go to a Swedish school. I would never fixed it because I know that we haven’t it any fraktion more difficult then what they have. She also told me that for some days ago her class did a quiz. A representation quiz that was crucial for the students who study there until the end when their finished with school. Her judgment didn’t go that great but she’s just there for one year and her doesn’t gonna mean anything when she would end there. Her life experiences will be really good. One more funny thing she told me was that on her school they have a elit dance team. The coach did ask her if she wanted to involve the team but it would take up to much time and it was very expensive. She convey to the coach that she wanted to be in the team but she wanted to focus at her studies. But if she would be in the team I know that she would affect the group so much because she is really good at dance, for real. I told her everything about Stockholm and Kulturama and my life here in Sweden. Necessarily I didn’t need to tell her about my according to fake friend that don’t even talk to me anymore. My friend that I was absolutely best friends with when we did go in the same class in 9th grade. But I know I can trust Aubrey and I says everything to her so I was forced. My other friend I was also forced to tell her about. She goes in school here in Eskilstuna at a media program. They’ve got cameras so they can work with them in school. Take pictures and film some movies and do stuffs like that. But all the cameras that my friends class gave were broken. The shutter were broken and I thought that it was really funny because all the people in her class have ask about this cameras for a long time now. It couldn’t be very good advertisement for Canon when most of all the cameras were broken.

The time just flied away and I have so much to tell Aubrey and she to tell me. ”I need to go now” I said sadly. ”Okey good because then I can done my evaluation in the chemistry" she siad and deceive with me that it was really funny. ”See you soon and I talk to you tomorrow" I ended. ”Byeee” I heard from the other side and clicked on the red bottom. I really like my friend and miss her to much but now ultimate I slept with a big smile on my mouth. It was even bigger now then before that we just started to talk to each other by the phone.

It wasn't necessarily the door that scared me, or what's behind it. What scared me was the walk to get to it. It felt like it was just a fraction of a second ago I saw all the flashing lights and heard all the shutters go off right in front of me.

I wonder how many people are watching me right now. I would guess a lot. They didn't seem to have spared one penny on the advertisments for this years broadcast. I remember the first time I saw one of the billboards back in Brooklyn and suddenly I stared into my own eyes.
According to my mom, my participation in the broadcast was crucial to the family's survival, and I guess she's right. Sometimes we don't even have enough money to put food on the table, so the prize money really would come in handy.

My mentor before the broadcast was really accurate in his representation of what this walk would feel like. He had managed to convey the perception he had gotten into an image that has been in the darkest part of my mind for days now, but I'm happy he mentally displayed it to me, otherwise I dont even think I would've managed this first walk.

Suddenly a red lamp started flickering just above the door. My mentor had told me this could happen if the producers didn't think we reached the door fast enough. I evaluated if I should just start to run, open the door and get it over with, but I decided I wasn't going to let it affect the peaceful state of mind I was in at the moment. But in spite of that, I suddenly stood face to face with the door. I took a deep breath and repeated the words I had heard so many times.

"Don't get yourself involved too quickly, don't let them decieve you, don't evaluate anything for too long and most importantly, trust in your own judgement".

So with those words on repeat in my mind, I took a hard grip around the handle to the door, lowered it and then walked right through into the enormous room that awaited for me.

This was my ultimate opportunity, and I was going to make sure I was the one who got to exit this room alive.

- I can’t wait to buy a new camera! I’m not sure which one I’m going to buy yet, but I’m thinking about the one on the advertisement we’ve seen everywhere.

The two girls kept on walking and on almost every street that they walked on there were posters displaying information about the new camera.

- It’s supposed to be the best camera ever, Sophie said with excitement. The images are amazing because the shutter can handle all types of lighting conditions.

Her friend, Penelope, walked quietly beside her and listened. After a while she finally decided to say something.

- Sophie, I get your anticipation but are you sure you want that camera and not another one?

Sophie didn’t understand her friend’s question. Why would she want another camera?

- According to the posters it is the ultimate camera but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it is just that. The companies want us to buy their products so they only display and convey the good things. By doing that they affect our judgement.
- Wait… You don’t think it’s a good camera? Sophie wondered.
-That’s not what I’m saying. I just don’t believe that it is the ”ultimate” camera. It’s not possible for a shutter to handle all lighting conditions, I believe.
- What’s your point, then?
- I guess my point is that I think you should go check it out and evaluate it for yourself. Your decision is crucial so you need to find an own perception of how it is and if it would work for you.
- Okay. I guess you’re right. I do know that they only show a fraction of the products in advertisement but I got so excited.
- Just check the products out first. Maybe it is as good as the companies say. This time I doubt it though because they represent that it is the world’s greatest camera.

Sophie laughed and started thinking. She knows companies can deceive their customers but it can sometimes be hard to remember that when it involves advertisement, which tells you otherwise.

Her name is Amy Barker according to my friend Jones. She isn't necessarily the normal type of girl, but she has this indescribable affect on me. Jones told me that she was a bit odd and not to let her looks deceive me. But it was already too late by then. Ever since the first time I laid my eyes on her I've been like under a spell. I swear I can feel my heart flutter whenever she looks at me, even if it's just for a fraction of a second.

Amy loves photography, and she's really good at it too. I've seen some of her work that she's done for that advertisement website she works for. I might not have seen a lot but I know that she can do about anything with that camera of hers and one of those photo editing programs. She can trick your eyes to believing that you're seeing something completely different then what she actually captured. She knows how to convey any message and can easily change your perception of things. All that just by some pictures, it's amazing really.

My judgement tells me that she's crucial for that company. They probably wouldn’t survive without her. I've heard that she represents their advertisement aimed at adolescents, which sounds accurate because she is one herself. I'm sure that she knows better then all of those middle-aged employees what people our age enjoy.

Even though her coworkers seems really boring her boss seems to be a nice guy. At least that’s what the rumors told me. Apparently he gives her really good response and evaluations. I wish I had a job like that. Were I could do something I loved with a good boss above me and just the right amount of responsibility.

The ultimate dream would be if she asked me to be involved in one of her projects sometime. I could pose as model or something. I'm not anticipating anything, not at all. I know that that’s never going to happen. But I like to imagine it sometimes.

Just us two. She teaching me how to pose to get the best picture and telling me to stand completely still until I hear the shutter make that clicking noise. Then she'd show me the images on the display and we'd laugh at the silly once and be feeling proud of the really great once.

If only she knew about me...

The advertiser was also a trained photographer.

His boss had the perception that he just knew a fraction of what he need to know in his job.

The boss thought he had faked other peoples pictures, he thought it was to deceive advertisers. His boss gave him a last chance to take an image to an advertisement in a newspaper.

"I have no anticipations, my perception is that you are not going to make it", said the boss.

The advertiser went out to take the ultimate picture. It became a snapshot, he had just to adjust the shutter in the camera. The picture became perfect, it was not necessary to retouch. He hoped that it could affect the boss so that he could keep the job. He conveyed it to the boss, the advertiser was so nervous so he didn´t know how to behave.

Just because he thought the picture was good, it was not necessarily what the boss would think.

It's only half past eleven according to the clock above her nightstand, but judging by the numbness in her butt she concluded that the clock must have stopped working. By a touch on the pad she activates her computer display to shine bright and sighs when she looks at the clock on her MacBook, as it displays 02.27 am. She shuts her eyes and takes a deep breath, curses herself for doing her homework in the last minute. Usually she loves English assignments but the topic disturbs her so much, because it's about love of all of the things, which by her evaluation is completely rubbish.

Personally, she is the ultimate love-virgin, seeing as basically nothing in her life involves love. She has no experiences what so ever in this topic, but usually it doesn't affect her life at all. But now her teacher has really high anticipations on this stupid essay, seeing as she's had straight As in English for the past four years.

She knows that this isn't necessarily something big or crucial when it comes down to her grades, but she is just worried that her teacher won't like her as much if she fails, seeing as he was talking about the topic of it very passionately. She looks out of her window, hoping to find some kind of inspiration, that she can convey onto her empty word-document. She lets her brain play mind games, tries to make her brain get deceived by the dark shadows and for a fraction of a second she thinks that the tree outside her window is demon-like creature. Maybe she should just write a romantic fantasy.

Her perception caught a movement in her neighbour's window, where a light suddenly shines from. She sees a guy closing the door behind him very carefully, probably so he won't wake someone else up. And, oh god was he handsome. He has dark blond hair and a t-shirt with "DJ Snake" printed on it. He suddenly turns around, looks at her and she can't really perceive how striking blue his eyes are – it's like one of those unrealistic advertisements in her moms magazines, the blue representing a mix of the sky and the ocean trapped in his eyes.

He smiles at her and she can't help but feel like she's in one of those romantic cliché movies that she usually hates. She waves at him and they seem to have a silent conversation before he gives her a final smile and shuts his blinds. She looks back at her computer and starts tapping over the keyboard, an image of ocean eyes on her mind.

Once upon a time there was a boy called Michael. He was a kind but charming fellow. He had brown hair , beautiful blue eye's and white pale skin. He and he's family lived in a small village just outside of Boston. They weren´t a rich family but they were happy. He were always in a grate mood and he was always in a hurry.

One day when he were out to pick up some groceries at the local market ( as he did every Thursday) he noticed that something was different. It was a sound , a new sound. It sounded like if some one was singing. He had newer heard such a beautiful voce before.

He described it like a Sunday morning after such. When mom would always bake the delicious cornbread whit some butter and chees on it. From the other side of the market, there was a bakery. He knew the man who worked there. He´s name was Frank.... Well Frank Thompson to be more exact He had always been kind towards Michael. He used to learn him to make all kind of different pastries. He some times even let him take some of them home with him.

-Hi Michael... Give me a hand will you... these flower sacks are quite heavy and I could rely need some help.

-Sure Mr. Thompson...

-So what brings you here Michael?

-Hahaha... You know why I am here you ask me the same question every Thursday.

-Hahaha... You're right... I do....

-Mr. Thompson aren't you forgetting something?

-Forgetting what?... I don’t recall forgetting something.

Says Mr. Thompson with a subspecies smile.

-But Mr. Thompson it´s my berth day today!

-Oh... Yes well of Corse it is... Hahaha how could I forget... Well how old are you now then.

-I´m eleven now Mr. Thompson.

-Oh... Eleven... Ha.... Well today you can take what ever you want.

-Rely Mr. Thompson?!

-Yes... come right in...

Michael decided to the one cinnamon bun, one pretzel and of curse his favorite, a big peas of apple cake. When he went out of the store carrying all the cakes in a bag, he thanked Mr. Thompson and went on home.

Suddenly a crow flew past him and sat on a branch right in front of him. He looked at the crow and wondered what it was thinking and he admired it´s beauty. Suddenly the crow flew right towards him and snatched the bag with all of the goodies.

-Hey.. That is my bag give it back!

The crow flew away and Michael started running. While running he thought I must get my bag back by any means necessary. He´s judgment was not at the best at that time, all he could think of was of the pastries.

After 7minutes of running the crow stopped and sat on a branch high up in an old oak tree.

Michael was breading fast and heavily. He thought to himself.

-How am I suppose to get up there.

He decided to make an evaluation of the situation, and all sudden the town´s chimney sweeper walked on the road towards him and he saw that he was carrying a latter with him. Mikael had never had a real conversation with him but he taught that he was kind, probably.

-Excuse me Mr. Would you mind if I could borrow your latter for a moment.

-Well of course.

The chimney sweeper respond with a big smile on his face.

-May I ask why you need it?

-Well you see the crow up in the tree? He took my bag with my pastures. Could you climb up and try to get it from him please.

-I don’t know kid.It look´s like I student get involved in this.

-please... I´m scared of heights and it is crucial to get the bag down from there.

-Crucial to who? The chimney sweeper asked.

-It is crucial to the pastries! Answered Michael.

-Hahaha... ok Michael I will get the bag for you.

As he went up the latter Michael started to think. What if the crow need the pastures? Maybe he has baby´s he need to feed.

Michel thought of this because he had watched a Tw: advertisement.

-Well here you go kid.

-Thanks but I want the crow to have it.

-Give it to the crow? But why?

-I don’t rely know but it feels tight.

-Whatever you say kid. Well I have to go now I see you around.

It was late and he new that mom would be worried. When he was walking along the side way he got eye´s on a cupel of guys arguing about something. He walked towards them and asked.

-Why are you guys fighting?

-It dose not concern you! Don´t get involved kid!

It sounded like if they were arguing about money. Apparently someone had been trying to deceive the other. Michel's perception of the two men was just ''dumb and dumber''

Michael just shook his head and walked away.

The next morning was Friday. And his father wanted to convey to his mother that he was going to be away for a few days. Michael went outside to tell his mother. His mom sat outside and painted as she usually did when she had some spare time. Michael´s anticipation was very high because he knew that his mother could paint. He could not wait until her image was done. According his mom she wanted to use the painting to change the world as we see it today. She wanted to attect something and to make a deferens. She said that it had to be the ultimate perfection and that it was to be displayed at the opening of the new council house.

Later that day he went over to his grandpa's house to pay him a visit. He´s grandpa did always something crazy. He was a inventor.

-Oh.. Hello Michael... you came right in time. Let me show you my new grates invasion. It is called ''the Shutter''. You see when you have been to the bathroom and you forgot to please the paper in the paper holder you just shut the door and whit this mechanism it will get back to were it belongs. I must meet the counsel to make a representation of ma grates invasion of all time. Michael just leafed wile saying

-Grandpa lets go to the old oak tree up the hill... You know that one that you always use to go when you were a kid.

Grandpa taught that it was a god ide. He had always sheerest that place. And as they walked up the hill they both smiled and laugh and on the top the oak tree stood but with some un invited guests. The crow were there to, hi up in the tree he was in a nest whit 3 little birds that had just hatch. And as they sat on the hill he heard something strange. The sound it was there again, the singing, the beautiful voce.

And with that said the story ends.

I celebrated my 16th birthday in our summer house on the swedish west coast this weekend. According to me the scenery is very beautiful and it affects me so much it has to be shared, so a camera was on my wishlist, and my anticipations for it was very high. To me it's very necessary to show the world why I like the area so much. For me to make the judgement of what to convey takes about a fraction. The nature with the beach, the fields and the forest looks like an advertisement for a fresh, happy and healthy life. I make the crucial judgement over how the pictures will show the west coast. Then my mum gave me the ultimate present for my birthday, the camera! Although I didn't want to involve her too much by choosing where the shootings would take place and she seemed pleased with just showing me the functions of the camera. She showed me everything on the camera like the shutter and the display etc. Now the final step was just to take the picture and publish it. I had a clear image of how it were supposed to look like. I was a bit nervous because it was going to represent me and some parts of the west coast. Along with the pictures I was planning to write an evaluation of the camera so everyone would know its benefits and my perception of it so other people won't think that it's just going to deceive them.
