         <title>What to Do About Test Anxiety?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Ask for help. Teachers, counselors, tutors can offer advice or resources.</li><li>Be prepared. Good study habits come into play here. When you are prepared you are organized and study regularly.</li><li>Think positively! If you start to think that you won't do well, then you start to believe it and it contributes to your anxiety. Replace any negative thoughts with positive ones.</li><li>Be forgiving! We all make mistakes. Learning how to cope and learn from mistakes is a valuble life skill.</li><li>Take care of yourself. Make sure to get a good night's rest. Get exercise and eat healthy. Because when you feel good, then you believe that you will do well.</li></ul><div>image attribution:&nbsp; "Test."
