In my opinion, I think older generations are slower to use and like new technology for shopping than younger people, because they haven’t learned much about technology, and they don’t get attached to technology as newer generations.

Yes old generations don’t like to use new technology because they afraid of using technology can effect people’s health mostly in their eyes, and sometimes technology might make them feel uncomfortable to use it as well.

Yes , of course I do. Like my mom or my dad, they really not good at online shopping because they were born in Gen Y. As you can see, Cambodia is a developing country so that’s why from the past there are no modern technology. Moreover ,I think my parents can do shopping at the store better than an online one in this Gen Z.

As my opinion I think that old generations are not likely to be familiar with the new technology because they think that it’s a bit complicated for them to know about technology and it’s not convenient for them to adapt with the new thing. Therefore, the old generation has not used technology like the new generation. In my perspective and base on my experience, like my mother who was born in 1970, she found shopping online is more suitable and easier for her to do because she’s one of the person who love to spend money on clothes, but doesn’t have much time to shopping. According to this experience, I can say that most of them older people are more likely to use the new technology to buy things online.

Another reason is that, technology is not convenient to use if they have never tried it before and also they are not really open to stuff like that as well.

I don’t think older generations love using technology to shopping, because they were not growing up with technology and it very challenging for them to adopt.additionally, I love visiting physical stores because they trust face to face then nobody can make scamming or cheating on them and it’s easier for them to choose the products with good quality and reasonable price.

Yes I do, I think oder generations are slower to used and like new technology for shopping than younger people because they've grown before the technology that why they're hard to comfort themselves with the technology. In contrast, younger people born to use technology. for instance, a lot of kides in US used smart phones since they were 5-6 years old.

I am convinced that the older generations are slower to learn and to like the shopping via online due to many reasons. Firstly, older people are not familiar with the modern technology stuffs, which makes them to face different technical issues. Moreover, they are not able to understand and adapt it effectively since they are old, and they might confuse about it. Lastly, due to the fact that older people are much more familiar with traditional store, this leads them to use new technology inefficiently.

It depends on each elder, but most of them prefer new technology as it makes their lives easier, such as electric wheelchairs, motorized vehicles, cars, phones, and more. However, they tend to use them more slowly than younger people because naturally, they are older and lack the fast ability than younger generation.

i don’t think so because it’s dependent on each older generation because some of them are enjoying new technology and shopping online, they like learning something new in the internet and use internet and shopping online for entertainment .

I don’t think so because they usually bought things online. They bought things online better than younger generations. They can learn how to buy online really fast. Like my mom, she always buy things online rather than at the store. For younger generations like me don’t really like shopping online.
