tv shows and other media outlets need to be mindful of peoples privacies to prevent libel. this is where the media can damage  the reputation of a person. celebrities can use super injunctions this is a way of stopping the press from reporting your private life. a court can grant the injuction, which will protect individuals , e.g. gary flitcroft.
libel law is where the media can damage the reputation of a person. if the comments are untrue this can been seen as slanderous and the person who is the victim of these comments can sure.
