I like to be called Miss because it is the most polite way to approach if you don't know the name and start a conversation in the most formal and respectful way. 

2. How would you like to be adressed if you are on a bussiness trip?
I would like to be addressed in the most respectful, polite and simple way, I think it also depends on the activity that is being performed or lived in the company together with the work team. 
For example, if you are in a business meeting at the moment the treatment is professional, on the other hand, if the whole team is in vacation mode the treatment is more open and fun.

She manifests chest pain or tightness, shortness of breath, sleep problems caused by shortness of breath, cough or wheezing when breathing... she presents shortness of breath (she should not smoke, avoid intense exercise if she has any infection, should not be sedentary).

Prescription: theophylline by intravenous administration.
Dose: theophylline dose of 5 mg/kg administered by infusion over 20-30 minutes. 
Caution: there is no evidence that theophylline is beneficial in the treatment of bronchospasm. 
Side effects: stomach upset, restlessness, headache. 

At the end of the treatment the patient will be able to breathe without discomfort.
