-Tirer au but en prenant appui ou en marchant dans la zone
-S’engager vers le but dans un espace occupé par l’adversaire = passage en force
-Donner le ballon à son gardien de but dans sa zone  ATTENTION = JET DE 9 m
-Un joueur immobile:  jusqu’à trois secondes au maximum balle en main
-Déplacement sans restriction: faire rebondir le ballon au sol plusieurs fois de suite.
Il est possible de faire: 3 pas ballon en main, rebonds du ballon, 3 pas ballon en main avant de passer ou tirer
-Contact avec la jambe ou le pied:  interdit
-Prendre la balle à son adversaire avec la main ouverte: OK
-Frappe le ballon dans les mains adversaire: faute
 -Faute de défense: attraper ,  ceinturer,  pousser ou  retenir, avec jet franc pour l'équipe adverse
