In the homecare one of us are at home everytime and the other one works very much and long because she brings the money at home.
One of us has an stable bond and the other one has distance to the child maybe.

In the nursery nurse we can work both and the child is at the nursery school.
The child can play with other kids.

the homecare has a few positive aspects to keep that in mind.
But for me personally I always would prefer a nursery school for a child. 
You have special trained professionals which can look for the individual needs of the children. In comparison to a nursery school, I guess that homecare has not enough potential to train the children in their social skills. They need to play with other children and learn from each other.
The child has a safe place to stay and also learns a daily routine by visiting the nursery school every day.

I think the child will get more exposed at this age and as long as u spend enough time with your child daily, the bond remains or probably one of you should work less. I would prefer a home care. When your child is older then maybe a nursery.

I think you should look for a kindergarten place for your child.in this way your child gets to know other children, can make friends and has further opportunities to develop further. In addition, you don't need to worry that the teacher has a stronger bond with your child than you do. you are the most important caregiver for the child and be the experts for your child.

I think it is better to your child to go to nursery school. Your child can learn new things, sing a songs or nursery rhymes. In the playground can choose from many activities, for example : there are swings, slides, climbing frames and a sand-pit. I would like to tell you something about childcare options. First of all, you can keep your child at home while the other parent works. The issue here is that the parent at home could develop a stronger bond with the child than the parent at work.
As a second possibility you can take your child to a nursery nurse. At this point it is conceivable that the educator will develop a stronger bond with the child.
You have expressed your different views on these aspects. I would like to summarize your opinions in the following:
Most of you make a very clear decision to go to the nursery school. The main argument is that the children develop social skills and make friends. Above all, you think contact with children of the same age is very important. In addition, the children can learn from each other and develop themselves more quickly. You also mention the possible activities like playing together or singing songs. Finally, you give the advice that you can work and don´t have to worry about the fact that the relationship to your child will be less than to the educator. Parents are always most important for the child.
But you also give two arguments für homecare. On the one hand you should spend a lot of time with the child in order to maintain the relationship and on the other hand it is early enough if the children only go to the nursery school when they are older.
