It’s hard to put into words how much Anil has meant to me during this journey. He taught me so much in operations—always with patience, no matter how much I nagged him or how many questions I had. His guidance, calm presence, and support made a big difference. We all have learnt so much from him. Will truly miss him, but definitely keep in touch. Thank you for everything. Wishing you all the best ahead.

I had the pleasure of working with Anil for a brief period, and it was truly a great experience. I first met Anil when he visited PDL1 to support the Jupiter project. From the start, he demonstrated exceptional operational expertise and maintained a calm, composed demeanor—even in the most challenging situations. His experience is clearly reflected in the quality of his work, and he naturally inspires those around him to strive for excellence.

Dear Anil,

Although our time working together was brief, it was an incredibly valuable learning experience. I particularly appreciate how you simplified complex concepts during the floor walk, making the learning process both efficient and effective.
