Shelley Moore shares her perspective on inclusive education practices and universal design. The video compares UDL to bowling, by stating that our lessons often hit the "main body" of students but can easily miss the students on the edge of the group, or the 7-10 split.

This video is useful to teachers who want to be sure they are using UDL to its greatest potential in their classroom. It serves as a great reminder of how we can meet the needs of ALL of our students and not just the majority.

This video is an excellent demonstration of how UDL can be implemented in a classroom setting. Fifth grade teacher, Eric Crouch, shares his experiences with UDL and how it informs his classroom instruction.

Hearing UDL explained by a fellow teacher helps put it into perspective. It always is helpful to hear from someone who does the same job I do as to how to best use UDL practices. Getting to see these ideas in action is a useful and instantly applicable resource.

Todd Rose discusses how the myth of being "average" has permeated our thinking and warped our expectations of public education. Cognitive theory, realized by the USAF in the mid-20th century, is related and connected to current teaching practices.

This engaging TED talk shifts the paradigm of "everyday teaching" to make room for improvement and restructuring. A positive reminder on all the things we can be doing to ensure that our students reach their highest potential.
