1 - Main Idea: Ask for a quarterly payment that would provide alumni with access to benefits that would, at the end of the day, pay for that value.
These benefits would be (just a few ideas):
- Access to the alumni space at Nova for co-working (this could be limited to a few times a month or at a discount)
- access to nova courses (e.g 1 free e-course per quarter)
- Discount exclusive for paying alumni on Nova courses

2- Monetize the Alumni Lounge space with events for companies and individuals
(Here paying alumni would also have a discount)

3- Leverage the Alumni merchandise as a source of revenue

4- Alumni events would serve as a source of revenue

5- Explore a bar with the profits reverting to the alumni club
