from my perspective I think that being a person who knows how to listen very well to others I can understand the cases or emotions of what someone is going through and if I can not understand it either by my way of thinking or something like that I try to do it to understand the other person whatever the subject is as long as the other person feels understood.

To my mind, having a Commander Personality is so related with the career that I have been studying due to I have the opportunity to recognize others' talents and improve their results. According to the test I did not consider myself an extroverted person but rather reserved. However, I realize that I am a person who takes the initiative to do anything, I am also a person who gets bored very easily and it is very difficult for me to be alone. So I think these things cause me to do different things and not stay in the same place doing the same thing. During my whole life I had already realized that I’m a very curious person and I’m always asking question about things that I don’t know, but sometimes, specially when I don’t meet very well the other one, I use to be shy and don’t express my feelings and thoughts if there is no confidence.
