What accountability does the government or CGL have?  If the government holds the government responsible, isn’t that a conflict of interest? 

How does this discussion extend beyond land and indigenous land to pull in questions of our dependency on fossil fuels?  Arguably monetary gain is short term... long term effects must be considered but how do we change mass thinking?
